realistic: if, in my opinion, the
human
rights law relating to the
UN Aarhus Convention Agreement is properly applied to this particular "situation".
It has long appeared to me that that is the only kind of talk that might
bring about real change (for the better) in the Republic of Ireland.
I would be happy to help out in any "small ways" that I can (from
a distance), should you ever feel the need for any such help from me:
provided of course everything is all kept "lawful and peaceful"
(as I anticipate is what will happen).
As I trust you will fully understand and appreciate, I feel I have to be
extra cautious regarding my "explosive anger" problem, and its
huge potential to get me into extremely serious trouble with the law:

Disorder); and, that as consequence, I have developed an
unwanted tendency to get extremely angry whenever I attempt to
discuss the issues in question with anybody: including -- very
unfortunately -- those who I believe are doing their best to
try and help me, but who, for one reason or another, cannot
(in practice) actually provide me with the help I
need."
"As you may not be aware of it, please
note that 'explosive anger' is a well known symptom (among
medical doctors, psychologists, and social workers that is) of

Summary Conviction" Attempt #3:
Towards the end of a conversation which lasted for approximately 10 minutes
or so in New Inn village (County Galway) on July 16th 2014,
during which Garda (Police Officer) Quirke QA 517
laughed openly
at William Finnerty on a number of occasions (despite a number of peaceful and polite
requests from William Finnerty for him to stop doing so), Garda Quirke then
eventually informed William Finnerty that everything he (William Finnerty) had said to
him was "all bulls**t". William Finnerty then placed a copy of
a three-page "marked up" e-mail titled
"The present location of the world-famous Turoe Stone?"
into Guard Quirke's right-hand shirt pocket in the hope that he would take
it back to Loughrea Garda Station and discuss the contents with his
colleagues. Guard Quirke responded immediately to this by saying:
"That was an assault, and I am
going to arrest you for assault": which he did.
