"I would prefer not to be
forced to physically stop you but if I must I will."
Well said Brendan. Firm, but gentle at the same time!! And, also
realistic: if, in my opinion, the
human
rights law relating to the
UN Aarhus Convention Agreement is properly applied to this particular "situation".
It has long appeared to me that that is the only kind of talk that might
bring about real change (for the better) in the Republic of Ireland.
I would be happy to help out in any
"small ways" that I can (from
a distance), should you ever feel the need for any such help from me:
provided of course everything is all kept
"lawful and peaceful"
(as I anticipate is what will happen).
As I trust you will fully understand and appreciate, I feel I have to be
extra cautious regarding my
"explosive anger" problem, and its
huge potential to get me into extremely serious trouble with the law:
despite the fact that that is the very last thing I would ever wish for.
Best wishes,
Billy. (Personal Web Site:

Tamboran Resources Ltd
(Fracking Company)
'Established in 2009, Tamboran has been an “early mover” in
Australia, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
by
establishing an acreage position of
24 million acres, in which Tamboran holds a
100% interest in majority of the acreage and is
the operator. In 2014, Tamboran plans to drill, or participate
in drilling, up to 3 wells in its existing portfolio and acquire
at least one additional asset in a new international basin. In
addition, Tamboran will be pursuing an Initial Public Offering
by early 2015.'
The basic text used in the excerpt just above has come from the following www location:
http://www.tamboran.com/about/
Recent Set-Back for Tamboran:
"But the north’s Minister for the Environment, Mark Durkan,
concluded the work needed an Environmental Impact Assessment
before it could be carried out, and that permitted development
rights do not apply."

WHY?
"Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS
UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common
standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the
end that
every individual and every organ of society,
keeping this Declaration
constantly
in mind,
shall strive by teaching and education
to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by
progressive measures, national and international, to secure
their universal and effective recognition and observance, both
among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the
peoples of territories under their jurisdiction. "
Why is it that the
Government of the Republic of
Ireland (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) continues,
for all practical purposes, to more or less completely ignore
the above
"proclamation" from the
United
Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which was
adopted by the
UN General Assembly on
December 10th
1948?:
with the
result that as many as 95%
(or more perhaps?) of the present population of the Republic of
Ireland have probably never even heard of the
United
Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights?
(As we sow, and as we fail to sow, so shall we reap?)
