n connection with "fracking
developments" in the
Republic of Ireland/United
Kingdom "Border Area"
(near Belcoo), the full text of a "Facebook Message" sent last Tuesday (August 12th 2014) to
Brendan Kelly, who lives in the Kilconnell/Woodlawn area of East
County Galway (Republic of Ireland), can be viewed in Section 1) below.

SECTION 1: Brendan Kelly's
Resistance to Fracking ...
For Brendan Kelly ...
Re: (Aarhus Convention) Situation referred to at:
http://www.indymedia.ie/ article/104954#comment299416
(dated
August 10th 2014)
( NOTE: There is a BACKUP COPY of above-mentioned
August 10th 2014 Indymedia Ireland
"#comment299416" at following www location:

)
"I would prefer not to be
forced to physically stop you but if I must I will."
Well said Brendan. Firm, but gentle at the same time!! And, also
realistic: if, in my opinion, the
human
rights law relating to the
UN Aarhus Convention Agreement is properly applied to this particular "situation".
It has long appeared to me that that is the only kind of talk that might
bring about real change (for the better) in the Republic of Ireland.
I would be happy to help out in any "small ways" that I can (from
a distance), should you ever feel the need for any such help from me:
provided of course everything is all kept "lawful and peaceful"
(as I anticipate is what will happen).
As I trust you will fully understand and appreciate, I feel I have to be
extra cautious regarding my "explosive anger" problem, and its
huge potential to get me into extremely serious trouble with the law:
despite the fact that that is the very last thing I would ever wish for.
Best wishes,
Billy. (Personal Web Site:

SECTION 2: Some Other Closely

Excerpt from an e-mail dated August 9th 2014 titled
"Police visit at 21:10 hours on
August 8th 2014":
"I feel I should make it clear to you that, to date, I have not
received any reply from Minister for Justice and Equality Francis
Fitzgerald TD to my e-mail to her at the www address provided above:
so that I do not know (at the present time) if Justice and Equality

1) "It links environmental rights and
human rights";
2) "It establishes that sustainable development can be

the involvement of all stakeholders";
3) "It links
government accountability and environmental
protection";
4) "It acknowledges that we owe an obligation to

SECTION 8: E-mail dated July 20th
2014 ro Republic of Ireland Minister for Justice and Equality Francis
Fitzgerald TD ...
In the hope that the matter can soon be put right,
the issue of the present
"human rights law unavailability
problem" in the Republic of Ireland has been
raised in an e-mail sent to Minister for Justice and Equality Francis
Fitzgerald TD sent on July 20th 2014.
A full copy of the July 20th 2014 e-mail to Minister for Justice and
Equality Francis Fitzgerald TD can be viewed at the following www location:

SECTION 9: Tamboran Resources Ltd
(Fracking Company)
...
'Established in 2009, Tamboran has been an “early mover” in
Australia, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
by
establishing an acreage position of
24 million acres, in which Tamboran holds a
100% interest in majority of the acreage and is
the operator. In 2014, Tamboran plans to drill, or participate
in drilling, up to 3 wells in its existing portfolio and acquire
at least one additional asset in a new international basin. In
addition, Tamboran will be pursuing an Initial Public Offering
by early 2015.'
The basic text used in the excerpt just above has come from the following www location:
http://www.tamboran.com/about/
Recent Set-Back for Tamboran:
"But the north’s (Northern Ireland's) Minister for the Environment, Mark Durkan,
concluded the work needed an Environmental Impact Assessment
before it could be carried out, and that permitted development
rights do not apply."
The excerpt just above is from the August 12th 2014 RTE Article
at the following www location:

SECTION 11: WHY? ...
"Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS
UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common
standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the
end that
every individual and every organ of society,
keeping this Declaration
constantly
in mind,
shall strive by teaching and education
to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by
progressive measures, national and international, to secure
their universal and effective recognition and observance, both
among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the
peoples of territories under their jurisdiction. "
Why is it that the Government of the Republic of
Ireland (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) continues,
for all practical purposes, to more or less completely ignore
the above "proclamation" from the United
Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which was
adopted by the UN General Assembly on
December 10th
1948?:
with the
result that as many as 95%
(or more perhaps?) of the present population of the Republic of
Ireland have probably never even heard of the
United
Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights?
(As we sow, and as we fail to sow, so shall we reap?)
The full text of the United Nations Universal Declaration of
Human Rights can be viewed at the following www location:
http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/
=== === ===
A copy of the above
message-text was sent
on August 15th 2014 to
Republic of Ireland Minister for Justice and Equality Frances Fitzgerald.
As can be seen at the address immediately below, the e-mail in question was
copied to several other senior politicians, lawyers, members of the clergy, and public
officials:

SECTION 12: Republic of Ireland's "Track
Record" relating to the UN Aarhus Convention Treaty ...
"Information relating to the grossly corrupt and lawless
way that the Governments of the Republic of Ireland have been
making SMITHEREENS
out of the United Nations Aarhus Convention Agreement
(since signing it in
1998)
can be found below. "
The excerpt just above is from a "Recorded Delivery" letter sent to Dr
Michael McCavert GP (Omagh, Northern Ireland) on March 28th 2008. A

SECTION 13: "Everyone shall have the
possibility of being advised, defended, and represented ..."
"For somewhere in the region of nearly 15 years now, the State Broadcaster
RTE (Republic of Ireland), together with many of the rest of the local and international
"MSM (Main
Stream Media) Family Team", have been kept regularly updated (by me) regarding
the ongoing difficulties I am experiencing in connection with the fact that I
suddenly became an isolated "target" for
government crime
when I tried -- completely on my own for the most part
since April 2002 -- to
publicly challenge, through the use of both the MSM and the Internet, the
unconstitutional
legislation that was being used in connection with plans to locate two
huge rubbish dumps near my home in East County Galway; and, the "Family" have
all -- without exception as far as I know -- done nothing, other than to stay
100% entirely silent, regarding the whole set of related difficulties in
question: which are personal
(i.e. relating to each and every individual citizen
of the Republic of Ireland including myself),
national, European, and global in scope. "
The above excerpt is from a comment dated May 5th 2013, which was titled

SECTION 14: "To Whom It May Concern" letter
dated October 28th 2005 written by Dr Michael McCavert GP
"Firstly that William's symptoms and behaviours are
the result of traumas and
stresses over years and these traumas and stresses have come at the hands of
individuals and public officials and bodies that he has encountered in his
struggles to try to correct environmental wrong doings.
"He has suffered considerable frustration
at not being able to get legal
representation and indeed has been refused legal aid as
well."
"On reviewing the depth and range of his symptoms he has got PTSD Complex as a result of all his traumas."
"I think William's mental health is very much at risk and
any attempt to
produce undue pressure on his mental state will certainly have a detrimental
effect."

letter can be viewed in the scanned copy of it at the following www
