THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND'S SUPREME COURT IN DUBLIN ...
"The Irish Supreme Court in Dublin on 23 November (2015)
ruled that the State had a case to answer in a public interest
petition first entered in 2009 on questions on abridgement of
citizens’ rights in the holding of the second Lisbon Treaty
referendum that year following the rejection of the Treaty by
the Irish people in 2008."
"Panic has broken out in official circles as the international
implications of a ruling against the State on the validity of
the Lisbon 2 referendum in the full hearing in three weeks time
are profound. If the Irish Treaty referendum is ruled void, the
legal basis of the entire EU ceases to exist and the Euro ceases
to exist as a legal currency according to legal opinion here."
The two excerpts just above have come from the Global Research
Article dated November 24, 2015 at the following www location:

HIGHLY DANGEROUS IMPUNITY DEVELOPMENTS ...
===
May 3, 2012
Russia is watching the highly dangerous IMPUNITY developments in
Europe
By William Finnerty
Will "final" really mean "final" on Referendum Day (May 31st
2012)?
===
For most normal people the word "final" means "final": as in
"occurring at the end", "concluding", "ultimate", "last", and,
"having no possibility for further discussion, action, or
change"; but, not so for the corrupt lawyers who are hell-bent
on violating and undermining the Republic of Ireland's
Constitution in connection with matters such as (for example)
the unconstitutional ratification processes of the European
Union Nice and Lisbon Treaties (which were both "finally" -- and
lawfully -- REJECTED by the PEOPLE of the Republic of Ireland in
2001 and 2007 respectively): and, which our lawyers, and their
political accomplices in the other two main branches of our
Government (i.e. Legislative and Executive) succeeded in
unlawfully reversing: with complete impunity.
Arrogantly violating our constitution with impunity (in any way
they wish more or less), is an extremely dangerous habit (for
humanity as a whole) which our Judiciary, and our Presidents,
appear to have picked up and embraced (in recent decades) from
their counterparts in the United States of America.
As things stand at the present time, full support for such
treasonous and socially destructive acts is normally provided
for our Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) by our
similarly corrupt and treasonous main-stream-media.

The "ACE OF HEARTS (AND MINDS!!)" in the "HAND OF CARDS" that
"THE PEOPLE" of the Republic of Ireland have been dealt:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/UnitedNations/20November2015/Email.htm#Ace_of_Hearts
===
If "WE" -- THE PEOPLE of the REPUBLIC OF IRELAND -- can learn to
"play our cards right", who knows what good and useful changes
we might now be able to bring about for ourselves, and for
others possibly?: through our COLLECTIVE, calm, thoughtful,
peaceful, and wholly lawful efforts?
All shoulders to the WHEELS of our 'ARTICLE 6.1 WAGON' from now
on: if we are EVER to get ourselves out of the MIRE we find
ourselves so bogged down in -- "right up to the axels" -- at the
present time?
There's already been been MORE than enough TALK?
Meaningful ACTION is what we now need?

IMPUNITY AND THE PSNI (POLICE SERVICE OF NORTHERN IRELAND)
...
"What is PSNI (Police Service of Northern Ireland) policy on
impunity?"
"As I have stated in my letter to Catherine Friel (Senior
Housing Officer, Omagh Housing Executive) at http://www.humanrightsireland.com/CatherineFriel/25May2009/Email.htm
I see impunity as the core obstacle that is preventing
a just and peaceful resolution to the long drawn out and complex
set of psychological abuses -- and all the mental
torture associated with them -- that I have unhappily been
subjected to, and have been forced to live with, during the
past 10 years or so (which are very largely still ongoing please
note); and, that with all this in mind, it would be much
appreciated if you could briefly outline for me (in writing
please) what PSNI policy is on impunity?"
The piece of text in the paragraph immediately above is from an
email, and from a very closely associated PAIR of REGISTERED
LETTERS dated June 6th 2009, which were sent to PSNI Chief
Inspector Michael Winters at Omagh Police Station, County
Tyrone, Northern Ireland, and to First Minister for Northern
