"OPERATION CITIZEN'S ARREST"
"There is an abundance of evidence (as most of you already know) of
serious, systemic corruption and criminality being perpetrated on ordinary
citizens by some of the most powerful figures in the land - most notably by
senior Gardai (Republic of Ireland Police), civil servants and State-sponsored
lawyers - and compounded by the knowing complicity of our Courts."
"In Ireland powers of arrest are to be found both at common law and in a large
number of diverse statutory provisions. These powers for the most part are
exercisable only by a member of the Garda Síochána (Republic of Ireland Police).
However, as the Deputy avers, there are situations where any person may effect
what is known as a 'citizen’s arrest'. The basis for these important powers is
set out below."
"None of us has the
remotest chance of receiving justice
in our individual cases as long as these blatant abuses of the law and the
Constitution go unacknowledged and unaccounted for - and as long as particular
Judges simply 'make it up as they go along'!"
"Please share these links far and wide folks - and most especially with the
international media - because
it's time for the world to
know first-hand what is really going on in 'dear old Ireland'. Maybe
then, when individual Judges, Gardai, politicians, lawyers and senior civil
servants face the glare of the international media - and the risk of a citizens'
arrest - maybe then we will begin to see some real reforms."
All four of the excerpts above have come from an
Indymedia (Ireland) Article
dated
January 13th 2015 which, in part, is an advance warning, and in
part an advance request for the protection of the Presidential Office:
"in
the event we have to arrest two of our most senior judges for criminal
conspiracy on Friday January 30th next."

NOTE ADDED
on January 16th 2015: The entire existence, and the entire
contents, of Dr Michael McCavert's October 28th 2005 "To Whom It May Concern"
letter
continue to be
completely ignored
by
Minister Joan Burton TD, and by
President Michael D Higgins; and,
for no good reason that William
Finnerty knows of, allowing for the contents of two registered letters referred
to just above, he
STILL
receives no
old age pension: which he is fully entitled to
by law.
Since
March 2011, close relatives have, in effect, been partly paying
William Finnerty his old age pension by lending him money "against his home"
each month, until the "government non-payment" problem gets resolved; and, doing
so on the clear understanding that the borrowed money will be repaid in full to
his close relatives as soon as possible after the "government non-payment"
problem is corrected.)
A related
"Set of Three Registered Letters" was sent to
