'I feel I should try to make it as clear as I possibly can, one more
time, that I believe it is totally unrealistic and completely futile for
anybody involved in my case to believe, or to imagine in any way, that
any useful progress can be made -- from the viewpoint of my general

'In the "claim" I made for "Housing Benefit" of "August 10th
2015", referred to in the attached (Northern Ireland) Housing
Executive letter, I stated that I believed the overall total
of the loans you have provided me with is in the region of
65,000 Euros: i.e. 20,000 Euros provided by Marjorie Dolan,
and approximately 45,000 Euros provided by Gerald Finnerty (up
to that time, "August 10th 2015"). I have also informed the
Housing Executive that, without exception, all of the monthly
loans you have provided me with were paid -- by cheque -- into
my Allied Irish Bank account in Ballinasloe, County Galway.'
"In addition, I have also informed the (Northern Ireland)
Housing Executive, that the main reason for the present size
of above-mentioned loans, relates to the fact that -- for no
good reason whatsoever that I know of -- the Government of the
Republic of Ireland has refused to pay me the old age pension I
formally applied for on March 16th 2011; and, that much as I
would like to do so,
I still cannot find any legal representation of the
kind that is willing to challenge, on my behalf, the Government
of the Republic of Ireland regarding this old age pension issue:
as is also the case regarding a number of other extremely
serious legal matters which I believe are indirectly related
to the above-mentioned non-payment of my old age pension by the
Government of the Republic of Ireland."
