Request to the PSNI (Police Service of Northern Ireland) Ombudsman for help

Dear Ms Boylan,

Thank you for your e-mail to me dated Tuesday, 9 October, 2012, 16:43 (reproduced below).

The issue which most concerns me regarding the PSNI (Police Service of Northern Ireland) relates to the fact that some weeks after I sent the e-mail at www location http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PrimeMinisterCowen/9May2008/Email.htm
(and the closely associated registered letters at http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PrimeMinisterAhern/25April2008/PostOffice/ConfirmationPage.htm,
which, as can clearly be seen at the http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PrimeMinisterCowen/9May2008/Email.htm address, was copied to the then PSNI Chief Constable Sir Hugh Orde, I received an unwanted and unexpected visit from three uniformed members of the PSNI (two of them carrying machine guns) at the NI address I was then staying at: for absolutely no good reason whatsoever that I know of.

During this unexpected PSNI police visit (at around lunchtime on Sunday, August 31st 2008), one of the three PSNI officers in question very firmly advised me that I was required to present myself -- on a "voluntary" basis -- at Omagh Police Station (County Tyrone) at 1400 hours the following day; and, that if I failed to do so, they would be back to arrest me.

My response (which I have never regretted from the viewpoint of my personal safety), having due regard for the fact that despite the numerous efforts I made during the several years I lived -- in forced-exile -- in Northern Ireland, I have never been able to find ANY legal representation (in Northern Ireland, or in the Republic of Ireland) of the kind which recognised the factual existence of national and international legislation based on the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights -- let alone (and to date after 14 years of searching) find a single lawyer (NOT ONE!!) willing to USE it on my behalf for my protection against the large array of government crime (involving a number of governments) which I am still trying to protect myself against, and to free myself from -- was to cram as many of my belongings into my car as quickly as I could, and to the flee -- in fear for my life -- the Northern Ireland jurisdiction (to the Republic of Ireland jurisdiction) well before the 1400 hours deadline set for me by the PSNI for September 1st 2008.

To the best of knowledge, in connection with information at the www addresses provided above, and please correct me if I am in error regarding this point, no branch of the United Kingdom police, including the PSNI, has ever investigated the very publicly announced allegations made by former United Kingdom MEP Ashley Mote, in the European Parliament, relating to the alleged "enormous Brussels based  slush fund ", closely connected with Lord Jacob Rothschild allegedly, and conservatively (it seems!!) estimated by some investigators to be in the region of $65 Trillion; and, additionally claimed (by Ashley Mote MEP and others) to be for "geopolitical engineering purposes": all in addition to further allegations that the "enormous Brussels based slush fund" in question is a grossly corrupt and criminally unlawful product of the United States Federal Reserve Bank: which is course controlled by the "Money Power Psychopaths" (as many including myself see them) connected with the Global Banking Cartel). One of the very many difficulties connected with the PSNI "machine gun" visit I received on August 31st 2008, is that I have still only had SOME of the belongings of mine I left behind me in Northern Ireland, on the morning of September 1st 2008, returned to me.

Among the items missing are the 29 arch lever folders referred to in the e-mail at http://www.humanrightsireland.com/GerardMadden/13July2012/Email.htm, which was copied to Northern Ireland PSNI Chief Constable Matt Baggot please note.

Any help the PSNI might be able to provide me with for the purpose of recovering the 29 arch lever folders in question would be much appreciated, as would any help the PSNI might be able to provide me with for the purpose of recovering from the wide range of C-PTSD (Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) injuries I am at present suffering with: which are directly "the result of traumas and stresses over years and these traumas and stresses have come at the hands of individuals and public officials and bodies that he has encountered in his struggles to try to correct environmental wrong doings": as related by Omagh GP (General Practitioner) Dr Michael McCavert in the "To Whom It May Concern" letter dated October 28th 2005 he provided me with almost seven years ago. Please also note that "Chief Inspector Michael Winters (Omagh Police Station)" <omagh@psni.pnn.police.uk> was made aware of the difficulties I was experiencing several weeks before the three Omagh PSNI officers arrived at my home -- with their machine guns (on August 31st 2008) -- as can be seen at the following address:

that I have never received any reply of any kind to the registered letter referred to at the www address immediately above: which was to Hospital Consultant Dr Thomas Foster (Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital): who  unlawfully and criminally  (I believe) arranged to have me thrown out of hospital onto the street (in mid December 2004), at a time when I was in a suicidal state of mind due to the C-PTSD injuries Dr McCavert some months later referred to in his "To Whom It May Concern" letter dated October 28th 2005 (referred to above). As far as I know, and please correct me if I am in error, the PSNI have never investigated this particular piece of outrageous criminal abuse (at the hands of Dr Thomas Foster), although the PSNI have been informed about it many times in writing (by me) throughout the years since mid December 2004. It is also the case that the PSNI absolutely refused to come to the hospital to see me (as I requested via Tyrone and Fermanagh hospital staff) the night before Dr Foster had me thrown out: as the Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital records should show.

I look forward to hearing from you again regarding the above matters: particularly regarding the way the PSNI, like their Garda Siochana counterparts in the Republic of Ireland, appear to believe (and act) as though it is entirely in order for certain "individuals and public officials and bodies" (Dr McCavert's words) to put themselves above the law, and to put members of the general public (such as myself for example) beneath the law (as and when it suits them): and to do so with 100% impunity. In other words, there is absolutely nothing whatsoever wrong -- in the eyes of many police forces it appears -- with the phenomenon of "government crime"; and, that it is something the PSNI, the Garda Siochana, and plenty of other police forces around the world are entirely happy to continue on supporting indefinitely.

From my viewpoint, crime is crime (regardless of the source of the crime): and, with the threat in mind of a  thermonuclear World War 3  starting up at any moment just now, in or around Syria and/or Iran -- as a direct consequence of all of the wholly avoidable "warmongering forms of government crime" by NATO countries (as I see the situation) -- if humanity as a whole is to be safe, there is at present a VERY URGENT and growing need for government crime to be thoroughly and vigorously investigated; and decommissioned to the fullest extent possible: by all the lawful and most peaceful means available AS SOON AS POSSIBLE: having due regard that government crime is, and for the past several centuries always has been as far as I know, by far the biggest and most socially destructive source of crime in the world. Dear Mr Coyne,

As I briefly outlined to you and your colleagues (Receptionist Una Casburn, and John, who I understand is the Caretaker of the Westside Resource Centre) this morning, I discussed my case -- at some considerable length -- yesterday afternoon with Galway City CIS Information Officer Cormac Walsh; and, -- with due regard for the fact that "explosive anger" is one of the main symptoms of the C-PTSD (Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) injuries I suffer with, he advised me to seek help (in the first instance) from the Westside Resource Centre: where the NSA (National Advocacy Service) Advocates (Greg Duff and Rebecca Leavy) specialise (I understand) in helping people who have great difficulty in safely "speaking up for themselves" in one-to-one conversations with "public officials and bodies".

As Una Casburn (Receptionist) knows, I called into the Westside Resource Centre yesterday afternoon at approximately 4:30 pm (after my meeting with Cormac Walsh in the Galway City Centre CIS (Citizens Information Service) and NAS (National Advocacy Service) Office, and she advised me that Greg Duff and Rebecca Leavy had already left their offices (for the remainder of the day).

Una further informed me that Greg Duff and Rebecca Leavy would, in all probability, be back in the Westside Resource Centre this morning at approximately 9.30 am. However, and as you know, neither of them was available when I called in at the Westside Resource Centre this morning at approximately 10 am; and, as you also know, Una informed me that she was unable to establish any direct telephone contact with them (for the purpose of speaking with either one of them to find out when they would next be at Westside Resource Centre).

I trust that you have -- in the meantime -- ensured that one (or both) of them (Greg Duff and/or Rebecca Leavy) has been given the "set of four A4 sheets" I handed to you this morning. If so, it would be much appreciated if you would please e-mail me at the newinngalway@yahoo.co.uk address I provided you with this morning to confirm (if that is in fact the case) that you have now passed the "four A4 sheets" on to one or both of them.
