Brackernagh Day Hospital in Ballinasloe, I very much regret having
to inform you that I feel I cannot safely or
sensibly attend.
This is entirely because I still have not managed to find the
legal
representation I have been vigorously seeking for well over
12 years
now.
I had hoped that my e-mail to Republic of Ireland Minister for Justice
and Equality Francis Fitzgerald TD dated July 20th 2014 might
have helped me to get the legal representation I need. Unfortunately, it
has not.

Also, and in certain respects far more worrying for me, is the fact that I have
still not received any
reply of any kind from former Republic of Ireland
Minister for Justice and Equality Alan Shatter TD -- who, as you
may know, is a lawyer and one of
the principal partners in the Dublin Law Firm of "Gallagher
Shatter Solicitors" -- to the letter I sent to him
through the registered post on March 3rd 2014. A scanned

I wish to now point out to all involved with my case that Page 3 of the scanned copy of the
seven-page registered letter I sent to former Justice Minster
Alan Shatter TD on March 3rd 2014, at the www address immediately above, contains
a number of references to the
"To Whom It May Concern Letter"
dated October 28th 2005 I received from
Dr Michael McCavert
GP (my GP
while living in "forced exile" in
Northern Ireland during the period between December 2004
and July 2008) which very clearly states that I am suffering from
"PTSD
Complex": as a result of my dealings with "individuals and
public officials and bodies" in connection with my "struggles
to try to correct environmental wrong doings" :
wrong-doings which include, for
example, the blatantly unconstitutional
legislation produced by the Republic of Ireland
Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial), for the purpose
of facilitating the unlawful construction and running (for several
years) of a large Celtic Waste/Greenstar
rubbish-dump near my home (in the Kilconnell area of East
County Galway), which I have referred to in the formal appeal I sent to
An Board Pleanala on February 21st 2004. Further information

which the Board Pleanala References are PL 07.205181 and P.A. Reg.Ref:

One of the "references" (referred to in the paragraph immediately above) to the
October 28th 2005 "To Whom It May Concern Letter" that Dr Michael

extremely careful and lengthy consideration of all of the main facts by

nothing further about from any of the several people the e-mail in

of the Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the associated
"Right to an effective
remedy",
plus the assurance
that
"Everyone shall have the
possibility of being advised, defended and represented": and
none of which facilities are available to me at the present time. I have long regarded
the manner in which the legal profession in the Republic of Ireland
continues to refuse me such legal representation to be criminally
abusive in an extremely serious way: as are the completely unlawful and totally reprehensible
"impunity facilities"
that are at present so very, very firmly being kept in place for the purpose of
callously and unashamedly protecting the perpetrators, and their criminal
"accomplices"
and
"aiders and abettors", of such unlawful and depraved psychological
abuse.
I had hoped that when the present Minister for Justice and Equality
Francis Fitzgerald TD took over from Alan Shatter TD on
May 8th of this year, that the above mentioned set of problems
referred to in this section would be responsibly attended to. Unfortunately, I have
no reason to believe, at the present time, that anything whatsoever of the kind has
actually taken place.

I have checked on the Information Sheet that I received with the
HSE appointment letter dated July 30th 2014, and it seems that
"the multi-disciplinary team" at the
Brackernagh HSE Day Hospital still has
no
facilities for helping patients (who require it) to get the legal representation
they need: and are entitled to under
"the
rule of law".

with my efforts to stand up to

revolting and obnoxious -- and at present rampant -- concoction
of "Government Corruption, Crime, Cover Ups, Bullying, and Impunity".
