The text in the first section below, which is believed to be self-explanatory, is from
an Email sent to the Department of Environment at Galway County
Council in the Republic of Ireland on March 16th 2015.
A FULL ELECTRONIC COPY of the Email in question, which was sent to (among others) a
selection of senior politicians, lawyers, and police officers, can be viewed at
the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/GalwayCountyCouncil/16March2015/Email.htm
Two associated REGISTERED
LETTERS, one to Galway
County Council Environment Officer Natasha Burke, and
the other to Republic of Ireland Chief
Police Commissioner Nóirín O'Sullivan, were also sent
on March 16th 2015. Additional Post Office information can be
found via the links provided below (towards the end of the message-text below).

For The Attention Of: Natasha Burke
Environment Officer
Galway County Council
Prospect Hill
Galway City
County Galway
Republic of Ireland
March 16th 2015
Dear Ms Burke,
RE: Galway County Council Notice under Section 29 of the Derelict
Sites Act 1990 dated February 26th 2015
Thank you for the guidance you provided me with during our telephone
conversations of March 6th 2015.
I wish to confirm that I am the legal owner of the unoccupied
and now semi-derelict dwelling referred to in the Galway County Council "Section 29 Notice" dated February 26th
2015, which I have found strapped to the front gate of the property in
question on March 6th 2015.
As I related to you in our telephone conversations, the main reason my
home is in a semi-derelict state is because the Republic of Ireland Government is refusing
to pay me the "Old Age Pension" that I should have been receiving
since March 2011. Allowing for the overall contents of the set of four
registered letters referred to at the two www addresses provided
just below, all four of which included copies of Dr Michael McCavert's
(my former GP) "To
Whom It May Concern" dated October 28th 2005, there is no good reason whatsoever (that I know of) for the
ongoing
non-payment of my Old Age Pension:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/SWSO/Longford/Letter16March2011.htm#Minister_Joan_Burton_TD
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PensionAppealsOfficer/2November2011/RegisteredLetter.htm#President_Michael_D_Higgins
As can be seen at the two www addresses just above, copies of Dr Michael
McCavert's "To Whom It May Concern" dated October 28th 2005 have been
sent to Minister for Social Protection and Deputy Prime Minister Joan
Burton TD (on March 16th 2011 as part of my original application for
the Old Age Pension), and to President Michael D.
Higgins (on November 2nd 2011 as part of my Old Age Pension Appeal
Application). For reasons best known to themselves,
all four of the people that the above-mentioned set of four registered
letters were sent to, which includes Minister Burton and President
Higgins, appear to have decided to COMPLETELY IGNORE the entire
existence, and the entire contents, of Dr Michael McCavert's "To
Whom It May Concern" dated October 28th 2005; and, although their doing
so has long appeared (to me) to be criminally abusive, I cannot
challenge any of those concerned in our courts of law, because, despite
my very best efforts over several years, I still cannot
find any lawyer (or law firm) willing to take on my case.
Also, and although I have informed several members of An Garda
Siochana (Republic of Ireland Police) about the extremely serious
Government crime (as I see it) in question on several occasions, and
in many different ways, they are still not (as far as I know)
investigating any of it. To make matters much worse (from my viewpoint),
it appears to me that senior members of An Garda Siochana must have also
decided to COMPLETELY IGNORE the entire contents Dr Michael
McCavert's "To Whom It May Concern" dated October 28th 2005:
full copies of which can be viewed at both of the two www addresses
provided above.
An Internet Search Engine Listing of some of my
efforts (to date) to remedy my "Old Age Pension situation" -- using
emails -- can be viewed via the www link provided just below:
Internet Search Engine Listing:
"Government non-payment of disability and old age pension allowances,
William Finnerty ..."
http://tinyurl.com/me5smo3
I would appreciate it very much if you and your colleagues at Galway
County Council would please note that many of my above-mentioned "email
efforts" have been copied to senior members of An Garda Siochana: such
as, for example, the one dated September 20th 2013 (to Consultant
Psychiatrist Dr Deirdre Hussey) at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/DrDeirdreHussey/20September2013/Email.htm
As can be seen at the www address immediately above, former Republic
of Ireland Chief Police Commissioner Martin Callinan was included in
the list of "To" recipients.
It is also the case that "signed printed copies" of the September
20th 2013 Email referred to above were sent to to Dr Hussey, and to
Republic of Ireland Chief Justice Susan Denham. Scanned copies of
the two sets of "marked up" email printouts in question, together with
scanned copies of the associated Post Office receipts and delivery
notes, can be viewed at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/DrDeirdreHussey/20September2013/Registered/Letters.htm
From my viewpoint, it appears that Republic of Ireland Chief Justice
Susan Denham must have decided to COMPLETELY IGNORE the
entire existence, and the entire contents, of the letter I sent to her
through the registered post on September 20th 2013. It is certainly the
case that I have never received any reply of any kind from her (or any
member of her support staff) for my September 20th 2013 registered
letter to her: not even "an acknowledgement of receipt" of any kind. As
I trust you will understand, this has long been a source of great
concern for me: particularly when it is the case that there are at least
two other registered letters I have sent to Chief Justice Susan Denham
(since she took on her present job) which she appears (to me) to be
similarly ignoring.
Finally, and for the purpose of trying to inform you (and your
colleagues at Galway County Council) about certain other "government
problems" I am experiencing (apart from the "Old Age Pension" one
mentioned above), I copied an email to you last Friday (March 13th 2015)
which was to the United Nations. In case that for any reason you might
not have received it, a copy of it can be viewed at the following www
location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/UnitedNations/13March2015/Email.htm
Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty.
