Some of the "Related Set of Aarhus Issues" connected with the above
mentioned
June 24th 2015 email (sent by William Finnerty to Prime

The Aarhus Convention appears to be ideal for dealing with
the protection of Ancient Heritage Sites (please see at
http://tinyurl.com/bttv9s8 ), "Super Dump/Incinerator"
threats (please see at
http://tinyurl.com/bptq3c7 ), "Shell Oil" type problems
(please see at
http://tinyurl.com/cgvrtjb ), "Gas Fracking" worries
(please see at

environmental issues and difficulties.
Introducing the Aarhus Convention (the excerpts immediately
below have come from the United Nations texts on this
subject):
"It links
environmental rights and human rights";
"It establishes that sustainable development can be achieved
only through the involvement of all stakeholders";
"It links government accountability and environmental
protection";
"It acknowledges that we owe an obligation to future
generations";
"The subject of the Aarhus Convention goes to the heart of
the relationship between people and governments."

RELATED SET OF THREE REGISTERED LETTERS DATED MAY 13TH 2015
Request for advice on initiating a legal challenge ...
"As you may already know, and in connection with my set of long-standing and
growing 'government wrongdoing' difficulties, Gerald and
Marjorie (brother and half-sister of William Finnerty) had a
meeting with Police Superintendent Enda P. Walshe a few
years ago, and so they know him: and they believe he is the
Police Superintendent you have referred to in your letter to
me dated May 7th 2015."
The text in the paragraph immediately above is from a set of
three "registered letters" sent by William Finnerty to 1)
Republic of Ireland Lawyer Brendan Glynn, 2) to Chief Police
Commissioner Nóirín O'Sullivan, and 3) to Chief Justice
Susan Denham, all on May 13th 2015. Scanned copies of the
set of three registered letters in question, together with
scanned copies of the associated Post Office "Receipts and
Delivery Confirmation Notes" (for all three letters) can be
viewed (in PDF Format) by clicking on the following www
link:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LawyerBrendanGlynn/13May2015/RegisteredLetters.pdf
To date, June 26th 2015 -- and
from William Finnerty's viewpoint at least -- it appears
that the entire contents of the three registered dated May
13th 2015 (referred to above) are, for all practical
purposes, all being completely ignored by all of the three
people in question; and, in the case of Chief Police
Commissioner Nóirín O'Sullivan, and of Chief Justice Susan
Denham, William Finnerty has never received any reply of any
kind from either of these two people, or from any of their
support staff: not even an "acknowledgement of receipt" of
the most basic kind. Consequently, William Finnerty still
has no way of knowing if Chief Police Commissioner Nóirín
O'Sullivan, and Chief Justice Susan Denham, are even aware
of the existence of the "set of three May 13th 2015
registered letters" in question, let alone aware of the text
contents of these three letters.

13th 2015, and which contains "live www links" (that are not
available in the above-mentioned PDF version), can be viewed

I wish you to know that I completely refute the allegation
that I ever assaulted, or at any stage ever threatened to
assault Garda (Policeman) Brendan Quirke QA 517 in any way

assault him, and that consequently that I never had any
plans to assault him: ever.
I would like to point out that a full copy of an email I

THE PEOPLE ARE UNABLE TO CHALLENGE OUR GOVERNMENT IN OUR COURTS
"NOT SO THE OTHER WAY AROUND OF COURSE !!!"
===
I only found out yesterday that Paul Murphy TD (who as you will no doubt
know is very closely associated with the "Irish Water" protesters) has a
degree in law from Dublin University (which he received some years ago).
Today I find myself wondering, allowing for the fact he has had a law degree
for several years now, why he has not already organised a "court room"
challenge of some kind against our Government: weeks, or even months ago, to
either run in parallel with the "street protests"; or, better still, to
"kill off" the need for street protests altogether (in this particular
case)?
Unfortunately, as a direct result of my own bitter experiences over the past
16 years or so, I feel I probably know what the answer is to the question
raised in the paragraph just above; and, I strongly suspect it is this: our
corruption-ridden and government-crime-supporting legal profession will not
-- UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES -- allow any such "court room" challenge; and,
that there is NOTHING -- at the present time -- that ANYBODY (I know of) can
do about this very bizarre, but all too common practice of the legal
profession itself knowingly, wilfully, and very deliberately, "perverting
the course of justice" in extremely serious ways: thanks entirely, or almost
entirely, to IMPUNITY; and, doing so with TOTAL IMPUNITY of course!!
