Dear Ms Magee,
RE: COMPLETED ENCLOSED A64A FORM
Thank you for sending me the A64A Form.
Shortly after discovering that my weekly Pension Credit payments had
been stopped, and as you may already know, I spoke on the telephone with a woman
named Mary on June 20th 2018, who is based in the Derry/Londonderry Pension Service
Office I understand.
Mary informed me that the letter I sent to you through the "signed for"
registered post on
May 17th 2018 has been received, and it is my hope that the contents of
my May 17th 2018 registered letter will be taken into account when the
enclosed completed A64A Form is being processed. It is also my hope that
I will be provided with the written acknowledgement of receipt I
requested in the text of my May 17th 2018 registered letter to you.
In case that for some reason you might not be aware of my May 17th 2018
to you, please know that there are scanned copies of most of it at the following
www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PensionService/17May2018/RegisteredLetterED.html
Please find notes of mine in the sections below relating to the enclosed A64A
Form, which I also hope will be taken into account in connection with
your assessment of my present eligibility for Pension Credit, and the
associated weekly payments I might be granted.

NOTES RELATING TO COMPLETED A64A FORM
Part 1, Section 2
a) Please know that I have not seen my home (now derelict) in New Inn (County Galway,
Republic of Ireland) since the early part of July 2015, because I have
been living in "forced exile" (as I see it) here in Northern Ireland
since early July 2015. In so far as I am aware, a warrant was issued for my
arrest on July 8th 2015 by Judge Geoffrey Brown in Loughrea District
Court (County Galway, Republic of Ireland), which I believe is still extant.
Further information relating to my understanding of what happened
in the court room regarding my case on July 8th 2015 can be found in the email I sent to
Ms. Josie Mulherin (Clerk of the Court) and Judge Geoffrey Browne
(presiding Judge) on July 9th 2015. A copy of the email in question can
be viewed at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LoughreaDistrictCourt/9July2015/Email.htm
I also sent a "printed and signed" copy of the July 9th 2015 email
through the registered post on July 9th 2015. A copy of it, together
with scanned copies of the associated Post Office receipt and "Proof of
Delivery" note, are available for viewing at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LoughreaDistrictCourt/9July2015/ScannedRegisteredLetter.pdf
Please know that, to date, I have never received any reply of any
kind from Loughrea District Court for the above-mentioned July 9th 2015
email, or for the above-mentioned and very closely related July 9th 2015
registered letter.

Part 1, Section 3
I am not taking any steps to dispose of my home in the Republic of
Ireland because I wish to return to live in it.
With thoughts of the set of principles set out in the
CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF
THE EUROPEAN UNION in mind, including those of
Article 18 (Right to asylum),
I came to Northern Ireland in early July 2015 in the hope that I would
find the professional medical and legal help I needed to protect myself
from being corruptly criminalised, fined, and possibly imprisoned, in
connection with false claims in the Republic of Ireland that I had
committed crime there. I also believed, at the time, that it would be
possible for me to safely return to the Republic of Ireland within 3 to
12 weeks or so. Additional information relating to my "asylum seeking
hopes" at the time, can be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/UnitedNations/28July2015/Email.htm
An overall outline of the unresolved obstacles, at they were on August
4th 2017,
and which are at present still preventing me from
returning to my home in the Republic of Ireland, can be viewed in the
email I sent to Louise Arthurs at the Belfast Branch of the Northern
Ireland Law Centre on August 4th 2017. A copy of the email in question
can be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/TheNorthernIrelandLawCentre/4August2017/Gmail.html
More recently, one of the longest-standing, and most important of the
obstacles preventing me from returning to my home in County Galway,
which involves the medical help I feel I need -- for dealing
with both the
symptoms and the causes -- of the
Complex PTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) I continue to
suffer from, has been severely compounded by what I see as an
entirely avoidable misdiagnosis by Belfast Trust Consultant Psychiatrist
Dr Lauren Edgar (more at
https://goo.gl/ttgaJX).
Evidence of the Complex PTSD I continue to suffer from, which I have
never had any proper medical treatment for, can be
found in the copy of the "To Whom It
May Concern Letter" dated October 28th 2005,
written by Dr Michael McCavert (my former GP), which I included in my registered letter to you dated May 17th 2018
(referred to above).
Additional information relating to this particular Complex PTSD medical
problem of mine, and my ongoing, but so far failed efforts to remedy it,
can be viewed in the email I sent to Dr Michael McBride, Chief Medical
Officer, at the Northern Ireland Department of Health on May 25th 2018.
A copy of the email in question can be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/NorthernIrelandDepartmentOfHealth/25May2018/Gmail.html

Part 1, Section 7
My home in New Inn (County Galway) was gifted to me by my mother in the
1970's, and she was the legal owner of the property at the time she
gifted it to me. Consequently, I never had a mortgage on the property.
The legal transfer of the property from my mother to me, was implemented
by Patrick Hogan and Company, Dunlo Street,
Ballinasloe, County Galway.
Several years ago however, the Government of the
Republic of Ireland refused to pay me my old age pension,
and at the same time stopped paying me disability payments connected with the
C-PTSD (Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) I am suffering from, as
diagnosed by Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Anne Jeffers (more at
https://goo.gl/f43hDh). As a direct result of
these two actions, which I
believe constituted unlawful punishment for my "whistleblowing" activities
relating to wrongdoing by public officials and bodies, I had to start
borrowing money from my brother (Gerald Finnerty) and half-sister
(Marjorie Dolan) against my home in
New Inn. As stated in the letter I sent to you through the registered
post on May 17th 2018, referred to above, I now owe a total of €90,600
to my brother and my half-sister.
Evidence of some of the "whistleblowing" activities of mine, referred to in the
paragraph immediately above, can be viewed in the list at the following
www page location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/NorthernIrelandLawSociety/28January2017/ScannedRegisteredLetter.htm#Related_Issues
Information relating to the symptoms, and the causes, of PTSD, and of
Complex PTSD, can be viewed at:

=== === ===
Part 1, Section 10
Please refer to the "only secured loans can be deducted"
in the "Patrick Hogan and Company, Ballinasloe, County Galway"
(Law Firm)
section of the message-text of the email I sent to "The Officer in
Charge, Northern Ireland Pension Service" dated April 30th
2018. A copy of the email in question cane viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PensionService/30April2018/Gmail.html
Please know that, to date, I have not received any reply, as such, to
the email of April 30th 2018 referred to just above.
=== === ===
Part 1, Section 13
The only "property outgoings" are those relating to Eircom telephone costs
for hosting one of my web sites (
http://homepage.eircom.net/~williamfinnerty/index.html ) which I am using, in a very general way, for the purpose of
trying to resolve my ongoing set of medical, legal, financial, and
communications, difficulties. These
payments to Eircom total €54:63 every two months, and they are paid by me through
my AIB (Allied Irish Bank) account in Ballinasloe, County Galway.
=== === ===
Part 3, Section 26
I believe that the value of the property on April 29th 2018 has not
changed significantly since the September 8th 2015 estimate of €35,000
shown on the enclosed original copy of September 8th 2015
valuation made by valuer Vincent Costello and Associates, New Inn,
County Galway. I would be grateful if would please return this original
copy of the estimate to me please when you have finished with it.
In effect, I have no financial interest left in the property. This is
because the €90,600 I have borrowed from my brother and half-sister
against it, far exceeds the €35,000 estimated value referred to in the
paragraph just above.

For the purpose of making it easier for you to access the www links in
the above text, I will later today place a copy of the text of this
letter at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PensionService/28June2018/Gmail.html
If there is any additional information you require from me please let me
know.
Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty.
