Dear Sir/Madam,

RE: REQUEST FOR CONCESSION TO EXTEND COMPLETION DATE DEADLINE FOR PENSION CREDIT FORM

Thank you for the Pension Credit Form dated April 21st 2018 which you have sent to me for completion.

I am writing to you because I feel I need some help from your office regarding the information required in the "Savings Section" (i.e. Part 2) of the form.

In reality, I do not have any savings, when account is taken of the money I have borrowed from close relatives in the form of "unsecured loans" against my home in the Republic of Ireland. However, I do have money in bank accounts that are in my name, and which I have put to one side for the following two purposes:

1) The repayment of the accumulated debts (since 2007) that I now owe my brother (Gerald Finnerty) and my half-sister (Marjorie Dolan);

and,

2) repairs to my now derelict home in the Republic of Ireland, which I wish to return to.

Additional information relating to these two matters can be found in the letter I sent to your office through the registered post on October 15th 2015, a copy of which can be viewed at the following www address:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PensionService/15October2015/RegisteredLetter.htm

===

I have been trying to return to the Republic of Ireland since early July 2015.

However, my efforts have been hampered by the fact that, a) in so far as I am aware, there is an extant warrant for my arrest in the Republic of Ireland which I understand was issued on July 8th 2015;

and,

b) the fact that, despite my best efforts, I have still not managed to find any legal representation of the kind which recognises, and supports (in practical ways), the principles set out in Article 47 of the CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, and in other similar items of national and international legislation based on the UNITED NATIONS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS which came into existence on December 10th 1948. As I understand it, the CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION came fully into force on December 1st 2009.

Additional information relating to point b) can be found via the Google link just below.

Outline information relating to the difficult manner in which my personal situation has developed since my letter to your office dated October 15th 2015 (referred to above), can be found in the emails at the following locations:

1) Email to Louise Arthurs, who I understand is a qualified lawyer, dated August 4th 2017:

2) Email to Dr David Cheyne GP dated April 12th 2018:

Since receiving your letter of April 21st 2018, the thought has crossed my mind that I should now ask my brother and half-sister to go to see our family law firm in the Republic of Ireland  -- Patrick Hogan and Company, Ballinasloe, County Galway -- for the purpose of securing the loans referred to above. As can be seen in the email dated October 23rd 2015 at the www location just below, I have already made Patrick Hogan and Company aware of the "only secured loans can be deducted" problem:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/UnitedNations/23October2015/Email.htm

As a matter of fact, I suggested to my half-sister, around the time I started to receive the monthly loans in 2007, that they should be secured against my home, the deeds of which have been lodged with Patrick Hogan & Company since around 1985. Some weeks later, my half-sister informed me that she had asked one of the lawyers at Patrick Hogan & Company (Greg Nolan I understand) to do this, and that he refused.

It seems to me that it would be pointless for me to try to communicate directly with Patrick Hogan & Company, as it appears to be the case that since July 8th 2015, Patrick Hogan & Company must have decided to completely ignore all efforts of mine since then to communicate with them. A selection of my failed efforts to communicate with professional lawyers at Hogan and Company can be viewed at the three Google addresses just below:

1) Finnerty Family Lawyer Brendan Glynn at Patrick Hogan & Company, William Finnerty: https://goo.gl/MPzkAF

2) Finnerty Family Lawyer Barrister John Glynn at Patrick Hogan & Company, William Finnerty: https://goo.gl/p82uzF

3) Lawyer Greg Nolan at Patrick Hogan & Company, William Finnerty: https://goo.gl/iEsrZD

I am now wondering if it might be possible for your office to extend the deadline for the return of the Pension Credit Form, which is at present set for May 7th 2018?  If so, I will write to my brother and half-sister requesting them to ask Patrick Hogan and Company -- again -- to secure the loans in question.

I look forward to hearing from you regarding the possibility that your office might be willing, allowing for my present circumstances, to grant me the concession requested in the paragraph immediately above, for an extension to the May 7th 2018 deadline for the return of the Pension Credit Form.

Yours sincerely,

William Finnerty.

 "Totalitarianism
 (or totalitarian rule) is a political system where the state recognizes no limits to its authority and strives to regulate every aspect of public and private life wherever feasible."

From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Totalitarianism

 "Constitutionalism   is descriptive of a complicated concept, deeply imbedded in historical experience, which subjects the officials who exercise governmental powers to the limitations of a higher law. Constitutionalism proclaims the desirability of the rule of law (based on constitutional law, and laws connected with the Charter of the United Nations, and the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights for example)  as opposed to rule by the arbitrary judgment or mere fiat of public officials…. Throughout the literature dealing with modern public law and the foundations of statecraft the central element of the concept of constitutionalism is that in political society government officials are not free to do anything they please in any manner they choose; they are bound to observe both the limitations on power and the procedures which are set out in the supreme, constitutional law of the community. It may therefore be said that the touchstone of constitutionalism is the concept of limited government under a higher law."

Please note that, for technical reasons beyond my control, the dozen or so "Internet Hyperlinks" provided in the "Related Open News Topics" section below will appear as "dead text" in this "Indymedia (Ireland)" comment. However, the original "live working" versions of these hyperlinks can be found (and used) in the edition of the message-text at the www address provided above; and, they were included in this morning's e-mail to the United Nations because, between them, they seem (to me) to provide a pretty good indication/"feel" of just how MASSIVE, VARIED, WIDESPREAD, and DEEPLY ENTRENCHED, the global "government corruption, crime, cover-ups, bullying, and impunity" problem really is at the present time: and, most important of all perhaps, I think they also, as a set, supply a tangible "handle" (of sorts) on the very slimy, very extensive, and often very blurred "DENIAL (genuine and/or pretend) MINDSET PROBLEM", which continues to so powerfully, and frequently INVISIBLY, and often from "way behind the scenes", to "fuel and drive" the whole accelerating global phenomenon of "government corruption, crime, cover-ups, bullying, and impunity". Has anything really changed fundamentally among the arrogant/ignorant/stupid "ruling elites" (i.e. the "human tin-gods" who are trying to "play GOD" and making complete fools of themselves in the process), I often find myself asking myself, since the days (in the 1400s AD) of the "Borgias Pope Family" in Holy Rome: "The Original Crime Family of The Vatican", as they have been labelled by some?'

'A bit like other aspects of the universe itself perhaps, it may be that this particularly nasty MINDSET "type social problem" (as I see it), in very large part a human-brain "software problem" I suspect, which I have long viewed as a major threat for "humanity as a whole", and maybe even for the whole of "Life on Earth" possibly -- when and if the constantly-lurking risk, above and below the surface of the Earth (particularly in the oceans of our World), of "the makings" of a  "Hell on Earth" Thermonuclear World War Three   is taken into account -- is a problem that is half-invisibly expanding outwards (and inwards as well at the same time in its particular case!!) at something approaching the speed of light? Or at least the speed of sound perhaps, and with much of the credit for the "expansion in all directions" due to the bankster owned/controlled MSM (Main Stream Media).'
