Dear Mr Glynn,
RE: DPP-v-WILLIAM FINNERTY AT LOUGHREA DISTRICT COURT 6th MAY 2015
My brother (Gerald Finnerty) and my half-sister (Marjorie
Dolan) have passed on to me the relevant comments and guidance
you provided them with (for me) during the meeting you had with
them last Wednesday (April 29th 2015).
In response, I would like you to be aware of the points I
have listed below:
1) I do not accept, and never have accepted, any of the claims I have been informed
about during the past several years
(from a variety of different people) that, at some unspecified point in time,
since Dr Michael McCavert (my former GP in Northern Ireland)
provided me with his "To Whom It May Concern Letter" dated
October 28th 2005, that it has somehow become completely invalid by virtue of its
age.
A copy of Dr Michael McCavert "To Whom It May Concern Letter"
dated October 28th 2005 was included with the papers contained in the letter
my brother and half-sister took to you by hand to your office on April 15th
2015. Scanned copies (in PDF Format) of the full set of papers contained in that
letter can be viewed at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LawyerBrendanGlynn/15April2015/Letter.pdf
2) Though I do not claim to know with any worthwhile degree of
certainty the source of the completely false assertion (as I see
it) relating to the present validity of Dr Michael McCavert's "To
Whom It May Concern Letter" dated October 28th 2005 referred to under 1) above, my suspicion is that it has
probably come
from, and continues to be sustained by, what senior lawyer Dr Edwin Viera has referred to as "runaway activist
judges": who create bogus law ,
which they then proceed to dupe very large numbers of people (of all kinds) into
falsely believing is valid law. For further information relating to the
general context of this
very important observation by Dr Viera, please see at the following www
location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/Dail31TDs/Group2of2/30April2015/Email.htm#DrEdwinVieira
3) If you are in a position to provide me with tangible evidence
that Dr McCavert's "To Whom It May Concern Letter" dated October
28th 2005 (referred to above) is in fact now invalid for all legal purposes -- by virtue of its age
-- it would be much appreciated if you could
please provide me with a copy of any such evidence that you might
have.
4) I continue to fully believe that the statements in Dr Michael
McCavert "To Whom It May Concern Letter" dated October 28th 2005 relating to the matter of I suffering from
"PTSD
(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) Complex" are the direct result of
"traumas and stresses over years and these traumas and
stresses have come at the hands of individuals and public
officials and bodies he has encountered in his struggles to try
to correct environmental wrongdoings".
5) I also continue to believe that the most important reason (by
far) that I still suffer so very badly with the symptoms of C-PTSD
(Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) is because I have
(to date) failed -- despite my own very best efforts, and
despite the very best efforts of a number of other people who
have tried to help me with the difficulty -- to find a single lawyer (or law firm) who is willing to
discuss with me, or to correspond in any way with me, the contents of Dr Michael McCavert's
entirely truthful, accurate, and highly responsible "To Whom
It May Concern Letter" dated October 28th 2005.
6) I understand that, for the purpose of providing the time
that is needed to properly prepare my defence, it is your
intention to ask for a further
adjournment of the hearing of my case at the May 6th 2015 Sitting of the
Loughrea District Court, and I wish you to
know that I am entirely in favour of this plan of action of
yours.
7) Assuming the presiding judge grants you a further adjournment
of my case on May 6th 2015, and subject to the conditions I have set out
under "Section 8)" immediately below, I am willing to go along with your
suggestion that I co-operate to the best of my ability with
Ballinasloe Day Hospital Senior Registrar Dr
Deirdre Ryan -- over the telephone -- for the purpose of she
completing another "Psychiatric Core Assessment" of me, of the same kind
that Dr Ajid completed on March 29/30th during my visit to the
Accident and Emergency Department of Portiuncula Hospital: which
I have already informed the Clerk of Loughrea District Court
about in the letter that my brother and my half-sister delivered
(by hand) on my behalf to Loughrea District Court on the morning
of April 8th
2015. A scanned copy of my April 8th 2015 four-page letter to Loughrea District
Court can be viewed at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LoughreaDistrictCourt/ScannedCopy/8April2015/Letter.pdf
Please note that, as can be seen at the www location immediately
above, Section 5 of my April 8th 2015 letter to Loughrea District
Court contained the two pieces of text in the sub-section
immediately below:
===
' Although the Ballinasloe Day Hospital refused to provide me with a
copy of a "Psychiatric Core Assessment" relating to me which was
compiled on March 30th 2015, thanks to "The Freedom of Information Act",
and help from Siobhan Horkan (Portiuncula Hospital Assistant Director of
Nursing and Patient Advocate), a set of papers which included the
"Psychiatric Core Assessment" sheets, was made available to me at 4 pm
yesterday afternoon (April 7th 2015)."
Scanned copies (in PDF format) of the set of medical papers in question can be
viewed at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PortiunculaHospitalBallinasloe/PsychiatricAssessmentNotes/30March2015.pdf
===
Also, a copy of the full text of my letter dated April 8th 2015
letter to the "Presiding Judge and all Officers of the
Loughrea District Court" can be viewed at the following www
location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LoughreaDistrictCourt/8April2015/Letter.htm
In addition, under the "Question 4" heading, there is reference
to the above-mentioned matters (in this section) in the registered
letters I sent to you, and to Director of Public Prosecutions Claire
Loftus, on April 24th 2015: scanned copies of which can be viewed at the
following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LawyerBrendanGlynn/24April2015/RegisteredLetters.pdf
8) Based on what my brother has told me following his telephone
conversation with you yesterday (Friday, May 1st 2015), it is at
present my understanding that, subject to a further adjournment
of my case being granted by the presiding judge on May 6th 2015,
and subject to a successful completion of the planned new "Psychiatric
Core Assessment" of me by Dr Mulryan, I will be provided (by you) with
a copy of Dr Mulryan's new assessment: well before it is submitted
to the court; and, that I will also be allowed (and be provided
with the time) to comment on the
report (should I wish to do so) regarding any aspect of the
report which appears to me to be false or misleading: well before
Dr Mulryan's assessment is submitted by you to
the court.
9) In case that for any reason you might not already be aware of
it, I feel I should point out to you that I have also sent a registered
letter to Dr Deirdre Mulryan on April 18th 2015, the contents of which
can be viewed at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/DrDeirdreMulryan/18April2015/RegisteredLetter.pdf
I would be very grateful to you if you would please take careful note of
the deep-seated and very major fears (I continue to harbour), which I
have related at the www location immediately above to Dr Deirdre Mulryan
regarding the matter of the "prostate biopsy" surgical procedure that I
should have had in the early months of of 2008, and which is now more
than seven years overdue. As far as I know, my present GP (Dr John
Kilraine) has tried his best to remedy this situation, which I know for
sure -- because of a number of letters on the subject I have received
from him -- is a source of much concern for Dr Kilraine: as it also is
for me.
I wish to end by thanking you for the help you have so far
provided during recent weeks for myself, and for Gerald and Marjorie. It is much
appreciated.
Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty,
c/o Finnerty's Shop
