Thank you for your letter dated April 17th 2015.
I wish you to know that I completely refute the allegation that I ever
assaulted, or at any stage ever threatened to assault Garda Brendan
Quirke (QA 517) in any way whatsoever. It is also the case that I never
had any wish to assault him, and that consequently that I never had any
plans to assault him: ever.
I would like to point out that a full copy of an email I sent to Garda
Siochana Police Ombudsman Commission Case Manager Louise Prendargast
dated August 30th 2014, which I copied to Garda Sergeant Bridget Shelly
in response to her request to me for a written statement relating to the
alleged offence I have been charged with, can be viewed at the following

As can be seen at the www location immediately above, Republic of
Ireland Director of Public Prosecutions Claire Loftus was among the
several senior Republic of Ireland Government lawyers included in the
recipient lists of the above mentioned email sent by me on August 30th
2014.
Additional information relating to my efforts to communicate with
Director of Public Prosecutions Claire Loftus (in writing) since she
began her present job can be viewed in the "Internet Search Engine

For some reason/s entirely unknown to me, it appears -- from my
viewpoint at least -- that Ms Loftus must have decided to completely
ignore the entire contents of the several emails I have sent to her
during the past several months: which is a fact that very deeply worries
me just now.
In view of the fact that, in his unsigned version of events which you
have sent to me in your letter of April 17th 2015, Garda Brendan Quirke
(25502E) appears to have told a number of extremely serious lies, in
addition to omitting a number of crucially important facts regarding his
completely false allegation that I assaulted him, I feel I should
elaborate some more on the written description which I sent to Garda
Sergeant Bridget Shelly (referred to above) -- and to Director of Public
Prosecutions Claire Loftus at:

I intend to do this within the coming seven days or so, and I will write
to you again regarding this matter when my additional set of comments
are ready.
In the meantime, I would be very grateful if you could please provide me
with answers to the following questions:
Question #1:
Is the Government of the Republic of Ireland -- and by "Government" I
mean the membership of the three main branches of the Republic of
Ireland Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) -- under any
legal obligation to abide by the principles of the CHARTER OF THE
FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, a "marked up" copy of which I
included in my letter to you dated April 15th 2015?

Will the presiding judge at the Loughrea District Court hearing of my
case on May 6th 2015 be under any legal obligation to take account of,
and to give due consideration to, the contents of the various letters I
have sent to the Clerk of the Loughrea District Court during recent
weeks?

On April 13th 2015 my brother (Gerald Finnerty) asked Loughrea District
Court Clerk Ms Josie Mulherin for a "written acknowledgement of receipt"
for the letter (from me) that he, and my half-sister (Marjorie Dolan),
delivered by hand to Loughrea District Court (on my behalf) on April 8th
2015, and she refused to provide him with one.
Was it lawful for the Clerk of the Court to make this refusal to my
brother?

'Dr Deirdre Mulryan (Medical Doctor, Psychotherapist, and Senior
Registrar) has informed William Finnerty, and William Finnerty's
half-sister Marjorie Dolan, that the BALLINASLOE DAY HOSPITAL will NOT
provide William Finnerty with a copy of Dr Ajid's recent "psychiatric
assessment notes" relating to him, in connection with a court case due
to be held this coming Wednesday (April 8th 2015).'

Was it lawful for the Brackernagh Day Hospital to refuse to provide
myself (and my half-sister Marjorie Dolan) with a copy of Dr Ajid's
"psychiatric assessment notes" (relating to me) that he made during my
visit to the Accident and Emergency Unit of Portiuncula Hospital
(Ballinasloe) on March 29/30th 2015?

Why is it that all of the written statements from the four Garda
Siochana members you included in your letter to me of April 17th 2015
are unsigned?

Did you receive the email I sent to you yesterday (April 23rd 2015)
which included some United Nations text on the subject of "Impunity":
which I believe has played a key role in causing, and in sustaining, the
C-PTSD set of psychological injuries I continue to suffer very badly
from: and which all of the medical doctors (and all of the several
professional psychotherapists) I have so so far sought help from -- with
the very important exceptions of Dr Michael McCavert (my former GP in
Northern Ireland, and Dr Ajid (referred to above) -- have all refused to
even discuss with me?
