An issue relating to what is
believed to be a major violation of ARTICLE 47 of the CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL
RIGHTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION is outlined towards the end of the text in the main

SET OF THREE REGISTERED LETTERS DATED JULY 1ST 2015

With thoughts of the prospect of yet more "cover ups", and yet more
"impunity" type difficulties, looming very large in my mind, spurred on
by concerns connected with the "hearing of my case" on July 8th 2015 in
Loughrea District Court, and the possibility of a new clutch of
extremely serious problems resulting from it for me, I sent a set of
three letters through the registered post last Wednesday (July 1st 2015)
to the following three senior Republic of Ireland lawyers:
1) The Presiding Judge of Loughrea District Court (who is normally Judge
Geoffrey Browne), 2) the Republic of Ireland's Director of Public
Prosecutions Claire Loftus, and 3) the Republic of Ireland's Chief
Justice Susan Denham.
The text content of all three of the registered letters referred to just
above was very similar, and very closely related to that contained in an
email I sent to a group of lawyers and law-firms (and others) earlier in
the day (July 1st 2015). A copy of the email version, which contains

Unfortunately, as a direct result of my own bitter experiences over
the past 16 years or so, I feel I probably know what the answer is to
the question raised in the paragraph just above; and, I strongly suspect
it is this: our corruption-ridden and government-crime-supporting legal
profession will not -- UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES -- allow any such "court
room" challenge; and, that there is NOTHING -- at the present time --
that ANYBODY (I know of) can do about this very bizarre, but all too
common practice of the legal profession itself knowingly, wilfully, and
very deliberately, "perverting the course of justice" in extremely
serious ways: thanks entirely, or almost entirely, to IMPUNITY; and,
doing so with TOTAL IMPUNITY of course!!
EXCERPT #2:
Cover-ups, more cover-ups, and nothing but cover-ups: from both the
legal profession, and from the medical profession; and, all for the
overall purpose of "aiding and abetting" and sustaining the ability of
the Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches) to commit
crime with impunity against the people they are meant to be serving: so
it appears to William Finnerty at least.

To date, William Finnerty has never managed to find even one lawyer
willing to discuss -- let alone use -- any of the several items of
national and international legislation based on the
United Nations
Universal Declaration of Human Rights for his protection (from
government tyranny of the kind which has caused the Complex-Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder he suffers from), such as (for example) that
of THE CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION (which he
understands fully "became law" in 2009), and a "marked up" copy of which was
included in his letter of April 15th 2015 to Brendan Glynn (Lawyer at
Patrick Hogan and Company in Ballinasloe, County Galway). A scanned copy

from bad to worse (from my viewpoint) until -- and I'm skipping over
several closely related issues in this letter to you because you were
not in any way involved with them -- I first met you and your team in
Omagh Hospital
several years later, on the morning of
December 9th 2004.
(Among other things for example, during the intervening period in
question it became clear that the Republic of Ireland Government, under
the leadership of former
Prime Minster Ahern TD
who, as you will no doubt already know, had to resign some months ago
because of his growing involvement with tribunals investigating
corruption,
was producing and sustaining
unconstitutional legislation:
which, in addition to being grossly corrupt, is also completely unlawful
of course.)"
"With due regard for the fact that I may have
prostate cancer,
a medical situation which needs to be very carefully watched according
to every one of the several reports on the subject I have read on the
Internet, I hope to receive a written reply from you to the above three
questions at your earliest convenience please."

PLANS TO COVER UP CRUCIALLY IMPORTANT MEDICAL EVIDENCE
After reading a letter dated May 29th 2015 from Brendan Glynn (Lawyer at
Hogan and Company), William Finnerty became convinced that Brendan Glynn
fully intends to entirely "cover up" -- from the July 8th 2015
Sitting of the Loughrea District Court -- the factual
existence of the "To Whom It May Concern Letter" dated October
28th 2005 (written by Dr Michael Mc Cavert GP), and the
"Psychiatric Core Assessment" carried out by the "Accident and
Emergency Department" of Portiuncula Hospital on March
30th 2015. When Gerald Finnerty tried to discuss this matter at a
meeting with Brendan Glynn in his office on June 10th 2015 (on behalf of
William Finnerty), Gerald Finnerty reported back to William Finnerty
that Brendan Glynn absolutely refused to discuss the matter, and
immediately started talking about something entirely different. More

THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND IS A JURISTIC PERSON

'As Minister for Justice McDowell appears to me to be acting in a manner
that "prevents justice being served", and as perverting the course of
justice is a criminal offence, I am copying this e-mail to Garda
Commissioner Noel Conroy (Chief Commissioner of Police, Republic of
Ireland): in the expectation that, as I understand is normal practice,
the perpetrator of the crime being committed against me will be brought
to justice by the law enforcement agencies, rather than by myself (i.e.
the injured victim).'
'If for any reason Commissioner Conroy fails to implement the law
relating to "perverting the course of justice", regarding the manner in
which Minister for Justice McDowell is blocking an "effective remedy"
through which I can receive justice, I would then like your advice on
another possible solution to my legal difficulties, which I have found
in a book titled "Principles of Irish Law" (by Dublin-based barrister
and law-lecturer Brian Doolan). This relates to the following statement
from his book (on page 9 the Fifth Edition): "The Supreme Court decided,
in Byrne v Ireland (1972), that the State is a juristic person which can
be sued for the wrongful acts of its public servants".'

manner that for several years has appeared "criminally negligent" in an
extremely major and socially-destructive way to William Finnerty, both

I am horrified by the contents of parts of your letter to me dated May
7th 2015: particularly those which relate to the "condition" that has
been put in place whereby I must attend Loughrea District Court "on the
said date (July 8th 2015) and failing same, a warrant will be issued for
your arrest".
Allowing for the contents of the letter from me dated May 6th 2015 which
my brother (Gerald Finnerty) and my half-sister (Marjorie Dolan) handed,
on my behalf, to the Clerk of the Loughrea District Court on the morning
of May 6th 2015 (well before the Court Sitting actually started I
understand), and for the contents of the
registered letter dated December 1st 2008 I sent to Police Superintendent Enda P. Walshe (who I
understand is the Police Superintendent you have referred to in your
letter to me dated May 7th 2015), I feel I have to ask you for legal
advice on how I can go about challenging -- well before July 8th 2015 --
the legality of the "condition" referred to above.
As you may already know, and in connection with my set of long-standing
and growing "government wrongdoing" difficulties, Gerald and Marjorie
(William Finnerty's brother and half-sister) had a meeting with Police
Superintendent Enda P. Walshe some years ago (in 2008 I understand),
and so they know him: and they believe he is the Superintendent you have
referred to in your letter to me dated May 7th 2015.

To date (July 4th 2015), William Finnerty has not received any reply of
any kind regarding the above-mentioned "legal advice" he requested from
Brendan Glynn on May 13th 2015; and, from William Finnerty's viewpoint,
this refusal appears to him as a very blatant and very serious violation
of his legal right under the terms of ARTICLE 47 of the CHARTER OF
