I don't have any idea of who the
author of the above-mentioned Indymedia Article is. However, I do believe, based
on my own personal experience of how the Republic of Ireland Government
(Executive, Legislative, and Judicial), operating in cahoots with An Garda
Siochana (Republic of Ireland Police) -- colluding and conspiring with each
other secretly that is, for the purpose of supporting government crime -- is
EXACTLY the way they have been treating me for the past 16 years or so. So far,
they have not managed to criminalise me, despite two strong attempts to do so,
and a third that they abandoned "half-way" through.
Recently, I have discovered -- via my brother (Gerald Finnerty), and a
local medical doctor (Dr Deirdre Mulryan) that he is receiving help from -- that
they (An Garda Siochana in cahoots with The Republic of Ireland Government)
apparently have ADVANCED plans for a FOURTH attempt to criminalise me this
coming month: possibly, I suspect, on March 4th 2015 in Loughrea District Court
(County Galway, Republic of Ireland).
Apparently, Dr Mulryan has not been able to find out what offence I am
going to be charged with.

Worryingly (from my viewpoint),
but not at all surprising to me at this stage of course,

Health Minister Dr Leo Varadkar TD has decided to act as though he knows nothing
(and presumably cares nothing) about the contents of the closely related
REGISTERED LETTER I sent to him on
January 26th 2015.
It is
certainly the case that, to date, I have not received ANY
reply of ANY kind from him, or from ANY of his support
staff. A scanned copy of the registered letter in question
to Minister Varadkar, together with scanned copies of the
