LETTER TO LAWYER BRENDAN GLYNN DATED MAY 27TH 2015
The message-text of the letter in question, which was delivered
by hand on May 27th 2015 to Mr Glynn's workplace at Patrick
Hogan & Co (Law Firm), is reproduced in the section immediately
below:
=== === ===
Brendan Glynn (Lawyer)
Patrick Hogan & Company (Solicitors)
Dunlo Street
Ballinasloe
County Galway
Republic of Ireland.
May 27th 2015.
Dear Mr Glynn,
RE: DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS CLAIRE LOFTUS
-v-WILLIAM FINNERTY AT LOUGHREA DISTRICT COURT ON JULY 8TH 2015
I wish you to know that the way you appear (to me) to be
possibly (?) ignoring the contents of the letter I sent to you
through the registered post on May 13th 2015 is -- at times --
having a terrible effect on my mental health: especially in
connection with my ability to be able to sleep regularly in a
healthy and normal manner.
In case that for some reason you might not be aware of the "set
of three registered letters" I sent to you, to Chief Police
Commissioner Nóirín O'Sullivan, and to Chief Justice
Susan Denham, all on May 13th 2015, I have asked my brother
(Gerald Finnerty) and my half-sister (Marjorie Dolan) to take
copies of all three of the registered letters in question to
your Office today by hand.
I feel I should also point out to you that, as in your own case,
it also appears to me that although I asked for the
main matter
to be treated as "urgent", Chief Police Commissioner Nóirín
O'Sullivan, and Chief Justice Susan Denham, may also have
decided possibly (?) to simply ignore the entire contents of my
above-mentioned May 13th 2015 registered letters to them (as has
already happened on a number of occasions in the past). To date,
I have heard nothing at all from either of them, or from any of
their support staff: not even "an acknowledgement of receipt":
which, as I trust you will understand, is adding to my present
concerns regarding the way the overall content of the three
registered letters in question is possibly being handled by all
three of you: at a time when the July 8th 2015 Loughrea District
Court Hearing of my case is just six weeks or so away.
Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty.
c/o Finnerty's Shop
New Inn
Ballinasloe
County Galway
Republic of Ireland.
ATTACHED: Copies of the three registered letters dated May 13th
2015 referred to above, together with copies of all of the
closely associated Post Office Receipts and Delivery Notes.
COPY TO: Gerald Finnerty and Marjorie Dolan.

Format) to Mr Glynn can be viewed by clicking on the following
link:

Last Friday (May 29th 2015), William Finnerty received an
acknowledgement of receipt for the above-mentioned two letters
(the first dated May 13th 2015, and the second dated May 27th
2015) from Brendan Glynn (Lawyer); and, on May 30th 2015,
William Finnerty emailed a copy of Brendan Glynn's May 29th 2015
"acknowledgement of receipt" to medical doctor Deirdre Mulryan
(Senior Registrar and Psychotherapist at Ballinasloe Day
Hospital).
To date, William Finnerty has not received any "acknowledgement
of receipt" -- of any kind -- for the above-mentioned registered
letters sent to Chief Police Commissioner Nóirín O'Sullivan, and
to Chief Justice Susan Denham, on May 13th 2015: which William
Finnerty finds very frustrating, and, in addition, very
worrying: allowing for the contents of the two registered
letters in question.

CLOSELY RELATED EMAIL TO UNITED NATIONS DATED MAY 28TH 2015
Titled: "Request for advice on initiating a legal
challenge":
A full copy of the email in question can be viewed at the

So far (Sunday, May 31st 2015), the request for the
above-mentioned "advice on initiating a legal challenge"
is all being completely ignored by all concerned --
including lawyer Brendan Glynn -- it would seem: from
William Finnerty's viewpoint at least.

RELATED EMAIL
AND REGISTERED LETTER DATED APRIL 17TH 2003:
The text in the section immediately below
formed part of the message-text of an email, and a directly
related registered
letter -- both sent on
April 17th 2003,
and both of which appear (from William Finnerty's viewpoint) to
have been COMPLETELY IGNORED by all concerned for all practical
purposes -- to the then Secretary of the Commission of the
European Communities in Brussels (David O'Sullivan) and
several others.
===
Dear Secretary-General,
I have received an e-mail letter dated February 20th 2003 from
the Information Service of the European Union Court of Justice
which indicates that you may be able to help me with certain
difficulties I am experiencing. (A copy of the letter in
question can be found at the www address in Section 1 below.)
By far the most pressing of these difficulties (at the present
time) involves the fact that I have been charged with what I see
as wholly corrupt and malicious prosecution by the Director for
Public Prosecutions in the Republic of Ireland (Mr James
Hamilton).
Though I tried VERY hard to have the hearing of my case deferred
until such time as I had found a lawyer who would provide me
with a proper legal defence, the contents of the set of four
letters letters I used in the weeks leading up to my court
hearing date (of October 9th 2002) appear to have been
completely ignored by all of the senior lawyers and politicians
in question. The main result of the way those concerned ignored
the contents of these letters was that a warrant for my arrest
was issued on October 9th 2002: by a judge who apparently was
completely unaware of the existence of this set of four letters.
(Copies of the set of four letters in question can be found in
Section 2 below.)

=== Summary Judgement
"SUMMARY JUDGEMENT" ISSUES:
"Let me spell it out...Summary judgment is not even a
statutory right; it is a fast track at the discretion of the Court. The
defendant's right to a fair hearing, on the other hand, is superior on all
counts. It is a trump card." (The Master of The High Court.)
