ARTICLE 8 OF THE UNITED NATIONS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

As you may know, I copied an email to you on June 24th 2024. The email in question was primarily addressed to the Clerk to TAS (The Appeal Tribunal), Ms Lynn Douglas, at the Northern Ireland Appeals Service (Ref: Case Number BE/6784/19/45/O). With reference to the partly completed "Application for Leave to Appeal Form" attachment to the June 24th 2024 email at the www location above, which is directly connected to the cancellation of my Pension Credit and Housing Benefit payments in 2019, it now looks to me as though I am not going to be able to find the professional legal advice and representation of the kind which recognises and supports human rights law and constitutional law in meaningful and practical ways, in time for me to meet the closing date deadline for submitting my "Application for Leave to Appeal Form", which is April 26th 2025 (i.e. "within 13 months" of the date of issue of the TAS "statement of reasons" report (dated March 26th 2024).

Unless that is perhaps, I can find efficient and effective assistance from a very senior politician, such as yourself for example, to help me overcome the "thwarted at every turn" legal and medical obstacles I have been battling with for over a quarter of a century now, which are further referred to below.

An important part of my overall set of legal problems relates to the fact that, in so far as I am aware, as the result of verbal statements, there is still an extant warrant for my arrest in the Republic of Ireland (which I have no reference number for and which I have never been provided with any tangible evidence for), in connection with what I consider to be a false claim that I committed crime against a member of An Garda Siochana (the Republic of Ireland Police Force) in 2014. More than anything else, it is this particular unresolved legal problem of mine that has been preventing me from returning to my own home in the Republic of Ireland since July 2015.

"THWARTED AT EVERY TURN" PROBLEMS

Evidence of the "thwarted at every turn" difficulties I have been experiencing in connection with my efforts to find proper legal help during the past 26 years or so, can be found in the scanned copy of the letter dated December 13th 2005, written by Northern Ireland Senior Social Worker Mr Gerard Madden, to the then Northern Ireland Justice Minister Mr David Hanson MP, which has been placed at:

It is my understanding that the then Northern Ireland Justice Minister Mr David Hanson MP is now The Rt Hon Lord Hanson of Flint, and a UK Minister of State in your Government.

To date, I have never been provided with any explanation as to why Mr Madden's December 13th 2005 letter to Northern Ireland Justice Minister Mr David Hanson MP, failed so completely to ever produce any useful results for me regarding my need for proper legal representation. It is also the case that I have never received any reply to the letter I sent through the registered post to David Hanson MP dated December 9th 2005, a scanned copy of which has been placed at:

As I now believe it is most unlikely that I will be able, in practice, to find the proper professional legal advice and representation I need, by my own efforts alone, or with the help of social workers, it would be much appreciated if you, and/or Lord Hanson, could please review the contents of Mr Madden's December 13th 2005 letter. As can be seen in Dr McCavert's October 28th 2005 letter at the www address immediately above, he has stated, among other things, that I suffer from PTSD Complex as a result of "trauma and stresses" connected with "wrong doings" that have come "at the hands of individuals and public officials and bodies", as a result of my efforts to "push back" against certain decisions that they made, which I strongly suspect were, and still are, unlawful.

There is also a "thwarted at every turn" problem for me relating to the fact I have not been able to get proper medical treatment for the PTSD Complex problem referred to above. Additional information relating to this unresolved matter can be found at the following six www locations:

UNRESOLVED LEGAL PROBLEM RELATING TO REPUBLIC OF IRELAND HIGH COURT CASE REF NUMBER: 2019/8260 P

However, I have recently received an email, dated March 27th 2025, from Hayes Solicitor in Dublin stating that a "NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PROCEED" was filed at Dublin High Court dated March 27th 2025, and that the Plaintiff intends to proceed after the expiration of one month from the date of the service of the Notice.

Allowing for the contents of my April 4th 2022 letter to Mr. Justice Paul Coffey, and the fact that I have no access to professional legal and advice of the kind which recognises human rights law and constitutional law in meaningful and practical ways, I do not know what to do about this situation, other than, for now at least, to relate it to you in the hope you might be able to help.

ISSUES RELATING TO THE TUROE STONE

Evidence of my earliest struggle to correct wrong doings "at the hands of individuals and public officials and bodies", which involved the world famous Turoe Stone, and which was located in the same parish as my home in the Republic of Ireland, can be viewed in the registered letter I sent to former Republic of Ireland President Mary McAleese, a scanned copy of which has been placed at:

As  far as I know, the Turoe Stone is almost certainly the most important piece of ancient (c 150 BC) Celtic stone art in the world, and as such is probably priceless I suspect, at least in so far as lawful business transactions are concerned.

IN CONCLUSION

Please know that there is a large amount of detailed written information connected with the overall legal and medical difficulties I have been experiencing since around 1999, my ongoing efforts to resolve them by peaceful and lawful means, and the negative financial and social consequences for me of having largely failed, so far, to remedy these problems. A constant source of deep concern for me relates to the fact that I may yet have to deal with another very powerful and frightening eviction attempt, of the kind referred to at www link immediately below. This is because of the fact that my Pension Credit and Housing Benefit payments remain cancelled, and that I am still having to borrow money from my brother (Mr Gerald Finnerty). According to my records, the total sum I have borrowed against my (now derelict) home in the Republic of Ireland since around 2007, has reached 128,100 Euros, which is far more than my home is worth.
