At a meeting on June 30th 2005, UK lawyer
Adrian O'Kane (of Law Firm Patrick Fahy & Co in
Omagh, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland) advised William Finnerty, in the
presence of UK Senior Social Worker
Gerard Madden, that there were only
two legal courses of action for dealing with an extant warrant for the
arrest of William Finnerty in the Republic of Ireland, which were: 1)
that William Finnerty return to the Republic of Ireland and attend a
"Trial-by-Judge Kangaroo Court" (please see "Note A"
just below) to face the
criminal charge he was accused of, or, 2) that William Finnerty spend
the remainder of his life living in forced exile outside of the Republic
of Ireland jurisdiction. (In preparation for the June 30th 2005 meeting, the
June 23rd 2005

was sent to Adrian O'Kane, which, despite the fact he had seven days to
consider the contents, he insisted on completely ignoring everything about
them throughout the approximately 60 minutes of discussion which took place

criminalise William Finnerty in connection with his ongoing efforts to
legally challenge the unconstitutional legislation used to construct a
Celtic Waste/Greenstar "Super Dump" near his home in East County Galway,

Teresa Brayton (1868 - 1943) came from a "republican
family" apparently, whose forebears are believed to have been
associated with "Éirí Amach 1798 agus na nÉireannach
Aontaithe":
The Irish Rebellion of 1798 and the United Irishmen
led by Wolfe Tone. She knew most of the leaders of the
1916 Easter Rising and wore a "locket and chain", given to
her by
Countess Markievicz, that carried a piece of the flagstaff
which flew the Flag of the Irish Republic from the
General Post Office in Dublin on Easter Monday 1916. In 1959
President
Eamon De Valera unveiled a memorial to her in
Cloncurry Cemetery, Kilcock Co. Kildare, which took the form of a
large
Celtic Cross, containing an inscription that included
reference to 'The Old Bog Road".

The following excerpts are from a
"To Whom It May Concern"
letter dated October 28th 2005 from
Dr Michael
McCavert (General Practitioner):
" Firstly that William (Finnerty's) symptoms and behaviours
are the result of traumas and stresses over years and these
traumas and stresses have come at the hands of individuals and
public officials and bodies that he has encountered in his
struggles to try to correct environmental wrong doings.
He has suffered considerable frustration at
not being able to
get legal representation and indeed has been refused legal aid
as well.
On reviewing the depth and range of his symptoms he has got
PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) Complex as a
result of all his traumas.
I think William's mental health is very much at risk and any
attempt to produce undue pressure on his mental state will
certainly have a detrimental effect."

Charge of State Pensions and to 2) Minister
for Social Protection Joan Burton TD (Labour Party),
through the registered post, on March 16th
2011, and to 3) The Chief Pension Appeals Officer and
4) President Michael D Higgins (Labour Party) on
November 2nd 2011 (also through the registered post).
