Please know that on account of the unresolved problems listed below I feel I cannot sensibly attempt to participate in the Court Hearing scheduled for 10am in Court 4, Laganside Courts, on May 18th 2021.

1) Foremost for me among the set of difficulties in question is the fact that despite my best efforts, and those of Belfast Social Worker Ms Tina Millar (and her Team) during the past 10 months or so, I personally still do not have ANY direct access to professional legal advice and representation. Typical of this particular group of legal difficulties of mine is the response of Belfast law firm Phoenix Law to an email I sent to human rights lawyer Ms Claire McKeegan on April 16th 2021, for the purpose of seeking her help. The response of Phoenix Law to my above-mentioned April 16th 2021 email, which is basically the same, or very similar (in effect), to the way several other law firms I have sought help from during the past 23 years or so have responded, and which I have received indirectly via Student Social Worker Raymond Grant's email to me dated May 5th 2021, as can be viewed at:

2) Although I was diagnosed by a medical doctor in October 2005 as suffering from PTSD/PTSD C (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Complex), I believe I have never received any proper treatment for it from any of the psychiatrists or psychologists I have been put in contact with to date.

Attached please find a copy of a "To Whom It May Concern" letter dated October 28th 2005 written by Dr Michael McCavert GP, in which it is stated that the "symptoms and behaviours" of the PTSD/PTSD C I am suffering from "are the result of traumas and stresses over years and these traumas and stresses have come at the hands of individuals and public officials and bodies he has encountered inn his struggles to try to correct environmental wrong doings".

In connection with one of my many efforts to get the proper medical treatment (as I see it) for the PTSD/PTSD C I am suffering from, I sent a letter through the registered post to Belfast based consultant psychiatrist Dr Paul Bell on November 3rd 2018 in which I listed several of the problems (as they were then), which I felt I needed to try and protect myself against, because I was unable to resolve the difficulties in question by myself. Unfortunately, it appears that Dr Bell seems to have decided to completely ignore the contents, and indeed the entire existence, of my November 3rd 2018 letter to him. Consequently, the list of unresolved problems referred to in the letter remains -- more or less -- in the same unresolved state as they were on November 3rd 2018.

It also seems, to me at least, that Dr Bell might well be one of many psychiatrists who overestimates (as some would see it) the value of psychiatric medications for the treatment of PTSD/PTSD C caused "at the hands of individuals and public officials and bodies"; and, at the same time, underestimates (as some would see it) the potential dangers of such medications. 3) In so far as I am aware, the Northern Ireland Appeals Service has not yet decided on either of the two appeals I have lodged with them regarding the cancellation of a) my Pension Credit payments, and b) my Housing Benefit payments. Evidence of this can be viewed in the unedited copy of the email I have received from the Northern Ireland Appeals Service dated May 4th 2021 at:

It appears to me that Radius Housing and Babington Solicitors may be pre-judging decisions that have not yet been made by the Northern Ireland Appeals Service. This does not seem right to me, especially when an email I have received from Housing Rights Services dated April 22nd 2020 contains the following statement: "If your Tribunal hearing is successful your benefits would be backdated in full": which I take to mean my rent arrears debt to Radius Housing would automatically be paid off -- in full -- directly to Radius Housing by the Belfast Housing Executive.

7) Recent discussions I have had with Student Social Worker Raymond Grant have left me with the impression that Social Worker Ms Tina Millar is seriously considering writing to the presiding judge at the Court Hearing scheduled for 10am in Court 4, Laganside Courts, on May 18th 2021: in connection with my particular situation. Consequently, I have sent written consent to Ms Millar for any such letter she might decide to write, as can be seen in the unedited "Gmail PDF" copy of my email to Raymond Grant at:

8) I copied the excerpt just below this morning (Monday, May 10th 2021), from the UK government www location immediately below, which is attributed to Northern Ireland Communities Minister Deirdre Hargey MLA:

“I can announce that my Department has an agreement in place with all social housing landlords (Housing Executive and Housing Associations) that any social housing tenant facing difficulties paying rent during Covid-19 will not be evicted. My Department will work with Housing Associations and the Housing Executive to help them keep tenants in their homes and to ensure that the welfare system can provide help to their tenants as quickly as possible. You can be assured your home is secure."

Allowing for the statement just above by Minister Deirdre Hargey MLA, I cannot help wondering about the legality of the decision by Radius Housing and Babington Law to be pressing ahead with their efforts to evict me "in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic", as referred to on the following Northern Ireland government website page at:

Allowing for the issues referred to under 1) to 8) above, I feel I must now request a re-scheduling of the Court Hearing scheduled for 10am in Court 4 on May 18th 2021, until such time as professional legal advice and representation become directly available to me: as a matter of fact.
