Dr Deirdre Mulryan
Senior Registrar
Galway Mental Health Service
HSE (Health Service Executive) West
Day Hospital
Health Centre
Brackernagh
Ballinasloe
County Galway
Republic of Ireland
Dear Dr Mulryan,
RE: 3PM HOSPITAL APPOINTMENT FOR TUESDAY, 20TH APRIL 2015
Thank you for the appointment (for Tuesday, April 20th 2015) which Helen
Kitt (A/Staff Officer) has recently written to me about (in her letter dated
April 16th 2015).
As you may know by now, and because I understand Lawyer Brendan Glynn
(Lawyer at Law-Firm "Hogan & Co Solicitors") intended to contact you in
the meantime, my brother (Gerald Finnerty) and my half-sister (Marjorie
Dolan) had a meeting last Wednesday (April 15th 2015) afternoon with
Brendan Glynn.
Marjorie and Gerald (who I believe you have met and spoken with on a number
of occasions during recent months) took a letter (dated April 15th 2015) from me for
Brendan Glynn to last Wednesday's meeting, which they left with him at the end of the
meeting. An electronic copy of the full letter in question -- in "PDF" format
-- can be viewed at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LawyerBrendanGlynn/15April2015/Letter.pdf
It is my understanding that Brendan Glynn now intends to spend some time
considering the "overall situation" relating to the next "Court Hearing" of my
case, at present scheduled for the May 6th 2015 Sitting of the Loughrea
District Court, and which may (I believe) involve he contacting you, and
certain other people. Following that, I further understand that he
intends to write a letter to Gerald and Marjorie.
As I trust you will understand, and I hope this will be acceptable to
you, I feel it would be best for me to wait until after we (myself,
Gerald, and Marjorie) have had a chance to consider the contents of the
above-mentioned letter from Brendan Glynn: before I go to see you; and,
I intend to contact you as soon as I can after we have received Brendan
Glynn's letter, for the purpose of arranging a new appointment.
Changing the subject slightly, Gerald sent a letter to you through the
registered post on April 7th 2015, which contained a copy of an email
printout (signed by myself, Gerald, and Marjorie), together with some other closely related papers, that I sent to Judge
Geoffrey Browne and Loughrea District Court Clerk Ms. Josie Mulherin on April
2nd 2015. An electronic copy of the April 2nd 2015 email in question can
be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/JudgeJefferyBrowne/2April1915/Email.htm
The "Track and Trace" Post Office Service indicates that the
"registered letter" referred to in the paragraph just above was
successfully delivered to the Brackernagh Day Hospital on the
morning of April 8th 2015.
I will take this opportunity to point out that, with the very important
exception of Dr Michael McCavert (my former GP in Omagh, County Tyrone,
Northern Ireland), I have found that, to date, the vast majority of
medical doctors -- including consultant psychiatrists -- are extremely
keen to "steer well clear" of discussing any subject which closely
relates to the matter of "government wrongdoing": which is something
that I have found very unhelpful and frustrating, and one of the
main reasons (I believe) that I continue to suffer so badly with
several of the well known symptoms of C-PTSD (Complex-Post Traumatic
Stress Disorder).
Among the worst examples of the above-mentioned "avoidance" problems I
have so far experienced with medical doctors is the one related to the
way that, some days after providing Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Thomas
Foster (and several members of his hospital support team at the
Fermanagh and Tyrone General Hospital in Northern Ireland) with irrefutable
evidence of very serious "government wrongdoing" in the Republic of
Ireland, he suddenly arranged to have me thrown out of the hospital and
onto the street in the run-up to the Christmas period of 2004 (at a time
when I was desperately seeking asylum in Northern Ireland, and suffering
very badly from C-PTSD); and, that it is that particular incident -- so
far completely unresolved (despite my very best efforts over a period of
several years) -- which has left me deeply fearful of
presenting myself for a "prostate biopsy" surgical procedure which I should
have had in the early months of 2008.
Further information relating to my "Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital
Experience" (in December 2004), can be found in the Internet Search
Engine listing that is available via the following www link:
("Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Thomas Foster, William Finnerty ...")
http://tinyurl.com/o2qcdv2
The scanned copy of a letter dated October 7th 2010 from my present GP
(Dr John Kilraine, Loughrea), which refers directly to my particular
"prostate problem", can be viewed at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/DrJohnKilraineGP/7October2010/Letter.htm
The main difficulty for me -- in connection with my very obvious and
very worrying high PSA Count (which I strongly suspect is by now
probably far
higher than it was in 2010) -- is that when all of the main
circumstances connected with my "Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital
Experience" of December 2004 are taken into account, I continue to be
very firmly convinced that all hospital doctors, with a mind to do so,
can very easily commit extremely serious crime -- with total impunity --
against people like myself who are trying to expose major forms of
"government wrongdoing": of the kind I have been trying to expose since
1998: after I returned to retire here, and to find that, among other
things, Galway County Council had advanced plans to build a "Super Dump
for the Whole of Connacht", using unconstitutional (and consequently
unlawful) legislation: which was to be located very close to the
original location (in ancient times) of the world-famous Turoe Stone
(circa 150 BC) in the Parish of New Inn and Bullaun (where I grew up as
a child,
and where my own now semi-derelict home is located): and, which many well-informed people
believe is (by far) the most important piece of ancient Celtic stone-art
in the world.
Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty,
c/o Finnerty's Shop
New Inn
Ballinasloe
County Galway
Republic of Ireland.
