You may wish to know John, that for several years now, I've been trying to find a lawyer (or a law firm) willing to use the above Article 13 on my behalf: without any success whatsoever. I have NEVER even managed to find a professional lawyer -- anywhere on the Island of Ireland -- who would even discuss the matter with me. Challenging government crime is not something that Irish lawyers, or Irish law firms, are willing to do. Related Link: EUROPEAN CONVENTION ON HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 2003, Article 13, William Finnerty ... http://tinyurl.com/bv7p6fw For somewhere in the region of nearly 15 years now, the State Broadcaster RTE, together with many of the rest of the local and international "MSM (Main Stream Media) Family Team", have been kept regularly updated (by me) regarding the ongoing difficulties I am experiencing in connection with the fact that I suddenly became an isolated "target" for government crime when I tried -- completely on my own for the most part since April 2002 -- to publicly challenge, through the use of both the MSM and the Internet, the unconstitutional legislation that was being used in connection with plans to locate two huge rubbish dumps, close to Turoe and Kilconnell: with one on either side of my home (which actually sits on the Esker Riada), in East County Galway that is; and, the "MSM Family" have all -- without exception as far as I know -- so far done nothing, other than to stay 100% entirely silent, regarding the whole overall set of related difficulties in question: which are personal, national, European, and global in scope, from a heritage viewpoint; and, in addition, exceptionally serious from the viewpoint of corruption-ridden governments who deliberately, and knowingly, produce legislation which violates their own constitutions: and then go on to insist on sustaining such legislation -- come what may!! -- when people like myself try to expose their crimes through the use of open, honest, peaceful, and lawful means. Some specific information on the particular piece of "Kilconnell/Turoe Rubbish Dump" unconstitutional legislation (i.e. invalid and illegal "law") referred to in the paragraph immediately above, can be found at: http://www.finnachta.com/BordPleanalaAppeal.htm Some people with an awareness of ancient heritage sites may be interested to know that BOTH of the planned rubbish dumps referred to above, one of which has since been built in the Kilconnell area, were -- for all practical purposes -- both positioned in a way which placed them right on top of the Esker Riada (more or less): which is arguably the oldest and most important ancient road in Europe (and possibly the world), especially when account is taken of the "Clonmacnoise link". The Clonmacnoise site is now an ancient ruin approximately 20 miles or so "down the road to the east of Kilconnell", and it is also located on top of Esker Riada (more or less): and which is believed by some well-informed people to be the world's oldest and most important major Christian university, thanks to the paramount role that Clonmacnoise -- which was created, and for centuries run by the "Céile Dé" ("Partners of God") Celtic Christian monks -- played in the spread of Christianity throughout Ireland, the British Isles, Mainland Europe, and from Europe to the rest of the world. At the peak of its operations and influence, in and around the second half of the first millennium AD, there is reason to believe that students came to Clonmacnoise from as far away as present day Russia. As some will already know, the Céile Dé order of Celtic monks was "decommissioned" shortly after the Anglo Norman invasion of Ireland in 1169 AD -- without trace almost as far as present-day knowledge of their ever existing goes, that is -- and despite the massive contribution which they, and other similar orders of Celtic Christian monks of the first millennium AD made to Celtic Christian Art, such as the now world famous Book of Kells (for example); and all thanks it appears to "ruling elites" in Rome who played the lead role in the decommissioning process: much of which was carried out on the pretext that it was "all wrong" for the Celtic Christian Celtic monks to be getting married, and having children. 'Unfortunately, I have not received any reply of any kind from Prime Minster Gordon Brown.' === === === The two excerpts just above are from a set of three registered letters I sent on December 21st 2009 to the following three people: 1) The Right Honourable The Baroness Ashton of Upholland ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catherine_Ashton ), who is the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, and, under the Treaty of Lisbon, this post has been combined with the post of Vice-President of the European Commission; 2) Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Gordon Brown MP; and, 3) Former Prime Minister of the Republic of Ireland Brain Cowan. In the event, I never heard a single word from Baroness Ashton, Gordon Brown, or from Brian Cowan: not even an acknowledgement of receipt have I ever received from any one of the three of them. I'm relating these things here mostly for the purpose of trying to point out that -- in my opinion -- all of the people who (like myself) feel uneasy about the way Marian Price is being detained at the present time, and who, like myself, suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I understand, may find that they have a FAR BIGGER JOB on their hands than they might intuitively imagine, when it comes to successfully helping her to get out of the prison hospital (or whatever it is) where she is now being held in Northern Ireland -- year after year -- and without charge apparently. In a manner which seems (to me) to parallel the way Irish lawyers and law-firms are unwilling to challenge government crime in Ireland, it appears UK and other EU lawyers, and law firms, are also equally unwilling to challenge government crime in European Union countries. The ability of "ruling elites" to put themselves ABOVE the law, and "the people" (or "human crud" as I suspect many of them tend to arrogantly see "the people" probably) BENEATH the law -- and to keep them beneath it -- is not new of course among the "ruling elites"; and, despite all of the new human rights laws produced since 1948, old habits die hard: VERY hard it seems. In connection with such issues, I often think of the Gilbert and Sullivan line: "Here's a first-rate opportunity to get married with impunity". Just become a corruption-ridden lawyer or politician, learn to speak the language of "Double Talk" (in its many cunningly deceptive forms) with skill, and plenty of "plámás" ("insincere and ingratiating talk") for fooling the voters (which the bankster owned/controlled MSM will fraudulently back and support to the hilt); and, all that needs to be done after that is to feign a "total denial" psychiatric position/configuration -- using plenty more "plámás" and deceptions to sustain it -- regarding all of the negative consequences for "the people", which "the people" try to raise in public by lawful and peaceful means, and -- low and behold -- you can be well on the way to just such a socially destructive "marriage". And, once "arrived", it can be VERY profitable (in more ways than one), in addition to being very enjoyable: especially if you happen to have a "high psychopathic DNA count". That, at least is how I have learned to see such "marriages" since 1998: after unwanted personal circumstances forced me to look deeply into them. Related Link: "Article 47 of The Charter of the Fundamental Rights of the European Union, William Finnerty ..." http://tinyurl.com/cnoyt7v === === === Some final notes ... 1) Article 13 of the "EUROPEAN CONVENTION ON HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 2003 (Republic of Ireland), and Article 47 of The Charter of the Fundamental Rights of the European Union, are typical of national and international laws/legislation introduced since December 1948 which are based on one or more of the basic principles of the text of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), which I have frequently referred to in the past; and, as far as this particular Indymedia (Ireland) comment is concerned, Articles 9, 10, and 11 are the ones that mostly enter my mind: for the contents of the three Articles in question please see at http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/index.shtml#a9 2) It continues to be the case -- as far as I know -- that the now well in excess of 64 years (of age) "educational suggestions" contained in the following section of the PREAMBLE of the United Nation Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), continue to be COMPLETELY ignored by all (or almost all) of the member states of the United Nations: "Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction." Please note that, for anybody who cares to look into the consequences of all the "completely ignoring" of the UN "educational suggestions" in question, their very ugly, and often extremely bloody results, show up in a great many different places all over the world (it appears to me). My particular case, and that of Marian Price, and those of many others who, for one reason or another started out by trying to challenge general government crime: such as the "Turoe/Kilconnell Rubbish Dump Unconstitutional Legislation" in my own particular case; and then to find, just because they try to expose and/or resist government crime, and often for no know good reason whatsoever, they rapidly become the "targets" of yet more government crime, which by this stage will very likely have become highly personal, unrelenting, and entirely impossible for the "targets" to resolve by any know lawful means: thanks mostly to the almost unbelievably corrupt legal professions involved, whose entire membership totally refuses to advise and/or to represent such people (using already-in-place human rights legislation such as Articles 13 and 47 referred to above, for example). The past and present "ways of the 'ruling elites'", and the protection of basic human rights as set out in the 1948 UN UDHR text, are simply just NOT compatible: so what do the "ruling elites" do regarding the teaching in schools of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights? I'll leave it to the readers of this comment to answer that particular question for themselves. 3) Extremely serious and important assurances of the kind undertaken, of necessity in the presence of others, by Republic of Ireland Chief Justice Susan Denham, and by Republic of Ireland President Michael D. And before the time of Christ?

The Castlestrange Stone (circa 100 - 200 BC), which is located beside the river Suck near Athleague in County Roscommon, Republic of Ireland -- and which is one of the largest tributaries of the river Shannon (Ireland's largest river) -- might provide some clues?

Created (possibly?) to symbolise and to celebrate the human brain: which, in so far as the ancient Celts would have been able to see -- and as continues to be the case for "the people" of the world today -- is the most sophisticated item of organic chemistry in the known universe.

If the intention really was to celebrate the human brain, then it is interesting to note that no obvious attempt has been made to indicate whether it belongs to a male or a female, a Celt or a non-Celt, a white person or a black one, or that of someone with brown, red, or yellow skin. Neither is there any obvious suggestion of what the person's social status, religion, or age might be.

Academic references exist which suggest that the ancient Celts may well have revered the human brain as a "pars pro toto" type symbol for representing EVERYTHING in the universe: both material and non-material (i.e. spiritual); and, as the brain actually is the instrument most responsible for all perceptions and feelings, such speculations may have considerable merit?

"EVERYTHING": the entity perceived by the human brain to be so vast, so complex, and so mysterious that it cannot be understood or described in a fully integrated way by the human mind, and which the ancient Celts may have thought of as "GOD"?

The very distinctive La Tène (Switzerland) style of art used for the Castlestrange Stone leaves little doubt about the ancient origins of the people and culture which produced it, and it is widely considered to be one of the best examples of Iron Age Celtic stone-art in existence.

The similarly ancient and closely related Turoe Stone, which is located approximately 25 miles to the south-west of the Castlestrange Stone, in the Turoe & Knocknadala ("Knocknadala" means "Hill of Parliament" in the Celtic language) area of East Galway, is believed to be the most important piece of Celtic stone-art in the world.
