Dear Social Security Commissioner Dr Mullan,
Re: Update for the Social
Security Commissioner – Developments Since 16 October 2025
I wish to provide an update
relevant to my ongoing application to the Social Security Commissioner (Tribunal
reference number: BE/6784/19/45/O).
On
16 October 2025, I sent an
email to Eir regarding a serious problem connected with my "Finnerty's"
local community website, based in County Galway, Republic of Ireland. A copy of
my email has been placed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/EIR-WebSite/Email/16October2025/Email.htm
On
17 October 2025, I received
two separate replies from Eir, copies of which have been placed at:
First email from Eir (Jason):
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/EIR-WebSite/Email/17Oct2025/Jason/Gmail.html
Second email from Eir (Update):
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/EIR-WebSite/Email/17Oct2025/Update/Gmail.html
I believe these developments may be connected with long-standing difficulties I
have had in maintaining public access to documentary evidence on my websites. A
copy of my Eir-related website, due to be removed on
Tuesday, 21 October 2025, has been preserved at the following address:
http://www.europeancourtofhumanrightswilliamfinnerty.com/finnerty/index.html
The two web pages that are being diverted by Eir, since sometime shortly after March
31st 2025 — both referenced in my
registered letter to UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer KC MP dated 31 March
2025 — can be viewed at:

Web page 1, Superdump and 5 associated registered letters dated
December 29th 2000:

These 5 (very similar) registered letters related to constitutional issues and
concerns in the Republic of Ireland, which as far as I know, have never been
properly resolved. Further information relating to a failed attempt made on
November 3rd 2004, by a member of my local community in County Galway, to
obtain legal aid in connection with efforts to resolve the constitutional
issues, can be viewed in the legal aid application referred to at:
http://www.annmariekelly.org/LegalAidApplication/3November2004.htm
Web page 2, the Turoe Stone:

For context, scanned copies of the
two replies I received from 10 Downing
Street in connection with my 31 March 2025 registered letter are
available here:

I am providing this
information for the Commissioner’s awareness, as it may be relevant to the
background and continuing context of my appeal.
Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty
