I am reaching out regarding your recent email to eir about the closure of the above-mentioned webpage.
I do apologise for the inconvenience this caused you but I do have to advise that all eircom webpages are being deleted on 21/10/2025 and this was a business decision a few months ago due to the increasing cost for maintaining the service.
Communication was sent out about this previously in the year to advise that this service is being retired. At this time, I cannot stop the deletion of the webpage and have to advise that you will need to download all relevant material on the webpage by end
of day on 20/10/2025. If the material is not downloaded by yourself, it will be permanently deleted alongside the webpage on 21/10/2025 as stated on the webpage notice.
I have to advise that as there is nothing further that we can do in this case, I will have to close the complaint on eirs side.
