My hope is that the information at the above four www locations might make it more difficult for senior members of the legal profession, and of the medical profession, to keep on trivialising and covering up the "aiding and abetting of government corruption, crime, cover ups, bullying and impunity" which can cause very serious C-PTSD (Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) injuries to the people who become the targets of such government crime: as both of these professions have been doing in my particular case for a continuous period of several years now, and which they are both continuing to unashamedly carry on doing (in my particular case), with no sign whatsoever so far of any change of approach (that I know of).

Dear Dr Hussey,

Thank you for your letters dated November 15th 2013 and November 19th 2013.

Thank you also for the appointment you have offered me for Friday, November 29th 2013 at 9 am.

Unfortunately, and for the same basic reasons I stated in my September 20th 2013 registered letter to you (copy at http://www.humanrightsireland. com/DrDeirdreHussey/20September2013/Registered/Letters.htm) I still feel unsafe about seeing you in circumstances whereby the whole existence and the entire contents of "set of three" registered letters I sent on May 28th 2013 to Republic of Ireland Cabinet Health Minister Dr James Reilly TD, to President of the College of Psychiatry Dr Anthony McCarthy, and to Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Anne Jeffers, continue to be completely ignored by all three of them: even though the letters in question contain information -- spanning a period of several years -- relating to an unresolved and wide-ranging array of thuggish, criminally abusive, and thoroughly sickening government wrongdoing of the "government corruption, crime, cover ups, bullying and impunity" kind, and involving issues such as (for example) the unconstitutional legislation referred to in the An Bord Pleanala Appeal I made on February 21st 2004, which can be viewed at http://www.finnachta.com/BordPleanalaAppeal.htm. Also, there is the matter of the way my old age pension and disability payments continue to be entirely blocked by our Government: since March 2011 in the case of my old age pension, and since approximately one year earlier (that is March 2010) in the case of my disability payments: and all for no good reason whatsoever that I know of, and with no end in sight to this criminal Government refusal to pay me the old age pension and disability allowances I am lawfully entitled to. Since March 2011, the only source of income I have had is that represented by the monthly loans (against my home) paid into my bank account by my brother (Gerald Finnerty) and my half-sister (Marjorie Dolan). I now owe them (my brother and my half-sister) a total of somewhere in the region of between 55,000 to 60,000 Euros, which I desperately need to start paying back to them.

Allowing for the ongoing situation, which I have reiterated to you again (in writing) in the paragraph immediately above, I have decided not to attend the November 29th 2013 appointment you have offered me.

Provided I receive acknowledgements of receipt for the four registered letters referred to above, from the four individual people concerned, and signed by them on the headed notepaper associated with their job titles, I would then be willing to attend an appointment with you. Otherwise, there is absolutely no point whatsoever (that I can can think of) in you making any further appointments for me to see you.

I feel I should try to make it as clear as I possibly can, one more time, that I believe it is totally unrealistic and completely futile for anybody involved in my case to believe, or to imagine in any way, that any useful progress can be made -- from the viewpoint of my general health and well-being, as I view that particular situation in an overall and holistic way -- while the above circumstances regarding the complete ignoring of the existence and the contents of the four registered letters referred to above prevails, at the hands of the four individuals concerned. To date, and as I have already indicated above, all four of the people concerned have failed to even provide me with acknowledgements of receipt for the four above-mentioned registered letters: which, allowing for the contents of the letters in question, is completely unacceptable to me. Correctly or otherwise, I see their refusal to acknowledge receipt of my four registered letters to them as a ploy which helps to sustain the "government corruption, crime, cover ups, bullying and impunity" combination of wrongdoing I find so offensive, so psychologically and financially damaging, and so generally health-threatening. For reasons which I consider should by now be obvious to all, I feel -- very deeply -- that I cannot, as an important matter of principle and conscience for me, do anything to support this highly obnoxious ploy (as I see it).
