Many thanks to you for the "where to seek 'human rights law' type legal representation" information you have provided me with, in response to the request I made for such information on this "Yahoo Bully On Line" web site last Friday (December 13th 2013). I plan to look into your information more closely very soon.

In the meantime, I wish you (and all other Bully On Line readers of this message) to know that my very direct experiences, since mid 1998, have slowly but surely built up in me the overwhelming conclusion that there still are HUGE, and potentially EXCEPTIONALLY DANGEROUS (for "humanity as a whole") issues, connected with the unresolved political and legal problems regarding the matter of protecting "the general public" from the problem of "government bullying"; and, that the unresolved government-bullying problems in question have very heavily spilled over into all other areas of "bullying prevention", and impacted very negatively on the important business of making useful progress relating to the general matter of "bullying prevention": with the possible exception (very thankfully!!) -- to some considerable extent at least (leaving aside certain types of military operations in use at the present time) -- of the bullying of children.

To make matters far worse, and far more difficult to resolve at this point-in-time, governments are pretending that they have now taken measures to protect "the general public" from "government bullying": by putting into place legislation such as -- for example -- Article 47 of The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (which became law on December 1st 2009).

Simultaneously, unfortunately, the same hypocrisy-ridden governments are making sure that "members of the general public" can never have the benefit of the potential protection of such human rights legislation/laws: by making sure that the people -- such as myself for example -- who have long been in need of that particular kind of legal protection, can never find any professional "legal representation" of the kind which supports "Article 47" (and similar) type human-rights law.

I am including the full text of Article 47 of The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union in the section just below.

Article 47

Right to an effective remedy and to a fair trial

Everyone whose rights and freedoms guaranteed by the law of the Union are violated has the right to an effective remedy before a tribunal in compliance with the conditions laid down in this Article.

Everyone is entitled to a fair and public hearing within a reasonable time by an independent and impartial tribunal previously established by law. Everyone shall have the possibility of being advised, defended and represented.

Legal aid shall be made available to those who lack sufficient resources in so far as such aid is necessary to ensure effective access to justice.

The "Article 47" text just above looks great "on paper", does it not?

In reality, unfortunately, "Article 47" is completely worthless (at the present time at least) for the people who are in need of the protection it purports to provide: thanks to the many perpetrators (and their many many accomplices and supporters!!) of "government bullying" who are boldly acting (and writing) as though the above piece of "Article 47" law doesn't even exist. Likewise, with a great many other similar pieces of national and international "human rights" legislation which purport to provide protection similar to that set out in the "Article 47" text above.

It might be worth my pointing out just now that when I sent the e-mail (to the United Nations) at the www address provided at the end of this paragraph last Friday (December 13th 2013), it was possible to easily access the full text of The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union using the "www link" information I provided in the message text at:

When I checked yesterday (December 14th 2013), there was a message at the European Union site stating (in effect) that "The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union" text was not available. Changing the subject very slightly, I would like to end this particular "Yahoo Bully On Line" message with the following set of points:
Baroness Catherine Ashton
1) On December 21st 2009 I wrote to Baroness Ashton (European Union Foreign Minister) -- who incidentally is one of the very highest paid politicians in the world (and in history) -- requesting "Article 47" type help from her.

2) A scanned copy of the text of my December 21st 2009 registered letter to Lady Ashton can be viewed at the following Human Rights Ireland location:
