I have no difficulty at all in accepting and believing that much of what
you say is indeed very true.
However, I do not believe that your kind, caring, and thoughtful
"explanation" (which I appreciate very much) explains everything: not by
a very long way.
On several occasions, and in various ways during the past 10 years or so
-- for example -- I have tried to communicate to my fellow Bully On Line
members, that my main problem (since mid 1998) is that I have never been
able to find legal representation of the kind which takes full and
proper account of all the national and international legislation (law
that is for those who might not realise it) which has been produced,
since December 10th 1948 when the United Nations Universal Declaration
of Human Rights came into existence: for the express purpose of
preventing governments from bullying (and otherwise abusing) the
citizens they are meant to be serving. For those not familiar with the
United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a copy -- which to
me seems very easy to read and to understand -- can be viewed at the

My situation (in reality) regarding the matter outlined in the paragraph
immediately above is far worse than described there: because I have
never been able to even find a lawyer willing to discuss my legal
situation with me: in terms of finding the particular type of legal
representation I very badly need, and which I continue to seek.
For the purpose of trying to demonstrate this point, I'll ask you all
again now for the actual help that I feel I still very badly need:
Can anybody connected with this Yahoo Bully On Line web-site help me to
find legal representation of the kind which takes full and proper
account -- in practice -- of (for instance)
Article 47 of
The
Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (which became
law on December 1st 2009), and part of which very clearly states:
"Everyone shall have the possibility of being advised, defended and
represented."
"Represented", please note: in addition to being
"advised" and
"defended" as well. All three of these "items"
remain totally unavailable to me.

As some readers here will already know (I feel sure), The Charter of The
Fundamental Rights of the European Union is just one of several such
pieces of national and international law that is based on, and closely
related to, the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights set
of "basic human rights" principles.
Please note that I am most definitely
NOT seeking
EXPLANATIONS as to why I still cannot find the kind
the legal representation I have very badly needed since mid 1998, and
which I continue to seek: the help I am looking for is the actual "legal
representation" itself, in practice (and as opposed to in theory). I'm
well aware of the very frustrating and highly misleading fact that such
help abounds in theory. There is absolutely no shortage of it at all (in
the hidden fraudulent form of "for window-dressing purposes only") for
everybody who does not seek and does not need it. At the risk of boring
you all by repeating myself, my problem is that I still cannot find such
legal representation in practice; and, neither can a number of others
who have tried -- entirely independently of me -- on my behalf (at my
request) since mid 1998.
I feel I should also mention here that if one or more people reply to
this most recent request of mine for proper "legal representation" type
help, by "pointing out" to me that it's all entirely my own fault that I
have not found the legal representation I need -- because of "this", or
"that", or "something else" that I have done or failed to do -- I doubt
very much if I will find such "help" at all useful. Responses of that
type I very closely associate with bullies of the kind who blame their
targets/victims for everything in the way of wrongdoing that the bully
is doing to them: which is why I tend to assume that Bully On Line
members who provide such "help" are likely to be "government agents" of
some kind or another (either officially or more likely unofficially
perhaps): particularly if, and when, they persist at it in a "know it
all" and superbly confident fashion, of the kind which suggests very
strong support coming from somewhere outside of themselves.
"Tell a
lie big enough, repeat it often enough and confidently enough, and the
people will eventually come to see it as the truth" has been the
highly successful motto (unfortunately for some!!) of many an extremely
dangerous government bully down through the centuries, and it is still
of course very much being successfully used to this day.
I feel I should also point out that I am well aware of the fact that I
am by no means perfect myself (much as I might wish to be).
At the same time though, I do not see myself as being so imperfect that
it's
ENTIRELY 100%
ALL my fault that I still cannot get the legal
representation the governments I am in conflict with have a legal "duty
of care" to provide all of their individual citizens with: under the
terms of the 1945 UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights set of
principles the governments in question have committed themselves to, and
have solemnly undertaken (in writing) to abide by. Such arguments, which
claim (in effect) that the governments I am in conflict are doing
absolutely nothing to contribute, in any way whatsoever, to the overall
set of problems I have been experiencing with them since mid 1998 to the
present time -- and I feel I have had a right good dose of such
arguments during recent weeks on this Yahoo Bully On Line web-site --
appear (to me) to be totally imbalanced, silly and childish beyond
belief almost, and extremely close to being completely unhelpful (to me
personally); and, on occasions, they have also appeared as entirely
counter-productive, and downright time-wasting and vexing even.
