"With reference to the suggestion Declan Harney (Psychiatric Nurse) has made that "I sign a new application form" please note I'm afraid that if I followed that suggestion of his it would nullify the claim for the old age pension I made on March 16th 2011. I have checked this point earlier with Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Anne Jeffers (who has recently resigned from her job I understand), and her response to me at the time very strongly suggested that this is what would happen."

The above excerpt is from the message-text of a letter sent by me through the registered post to Republic of Ireland Minister for Health Dr James Reilly TD on August 2nd 2013.

To date, and not for the first time in recent months, COMPLETE SILENCE is the ONLY response I have received from Dr James Reilly TD to this most recent of the registered letters I sent to him (on August 2nd 2013). The exact same situation exists with regard to the set of three registered letters I sent to him -- and to two other senior members of the medical profession -- on May 28th 2013 (which are further referred to at the www address immediately below).
