Thank you for the note you put through the door yesterday in connection with Declan Harney's recent attempts (at my request through you) to help me to get the old age pension.

With reference to the suggestion Declan Harney has made that "I sign a new application form" please note that I'm afraid that if I followed that suggestion of his it would nullify the claim for the old age pension I made on March 16th 2011. I have checked this point earlier with Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Anne Jeffers (who has recently resigned from her job I understand), and her response to me at the time very strongly suggested that this is what would happen.

Allowing for the contents of the letters I included with the Pension Application I sent to the Sligo Pension Office on March 16th 2011 (through the registered post), and for the contents of the Pension Appeal Letter I sent to the Dublin Pension Appeals Office on November 2nd 2011 (also sent through the registered post), both of which included copies of Dr Michael McCavert's "To Whom It May Concern Letter" dated October 28th 2005 regarding the C-PTSD (Complex - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) I have been suffering from for several years now, there is no good reason whatsoever -- that I know of -- as to why I have not been paid the old age pension since March 2011.

I estimate that the unpaid pension payments in question (i.e. between March 2011 and August 2013) amount to approximately 25,000 Euros. In addition, there are unpaid Disability Allowance payments owed to me (from before March 2011) of approximately 5,700 Euros which I mentioned in the papers I included with my March 16th 2011 registered letter to the Sligo Office referred to above: making for a total of somewhere in the region of 30,700 Euros.

I need the above-mentioned money partly because I feel I have a duty to try to pay back some -- at least -- of the money you have both very kindly loaned to me since 2004: which is (at the present time) 20,000 Euros (in Marjorie's case) and approximately -- I do not have the exact figure to hand at the moment -- 30,000 Euros (in Gerald's case). That makes for a total of somewhere in the region of 50,000 Euros I now owe to the two of you; and, in Gerald's case, my debt to him is growing at the rate of 500 Euros per month: thanks entirely to the ongoing blockage of the old age pension payments I believe I should have been receiving since March 2011.

Unless and until I receive "written acknowledgements of receipt" for the registered letters I sent to the President of the College of Psychiatry of Ireland Dr Anthony McCarthy, and to Health Minister Dr James Reilly TD, on May 28th 2013, I feel completely unsafe about meeting the new consultant psychiatrist who will be replacing Dr Anne Jeffers.

This is because of the "explosive anger" C-PTSD symptom I still suffer very badly from (as you both know all too well) -- and which I have NEVER to date received any proper medical treatment for -- and the fact that when, in April 2002, I shouted at Galway County Council Enforcement Officer Enda Hoey, after he totally refused to look at the raw sewage being discharged from the Primary School into the river in the middle of New Inn village (County Galway), the Republic of Ireland Government made two major attempts to criminalise me; while, at the same time, the Republic of Ireland's legal profession, refused to provide me with any legal representation of the kind which would allow me to prepare my defence in a manner that is keeping with the most basic of basic human rights law. Although both the attempts to criminalise me failed, I nevertheless had to spend two periods of "forced exile" outside the Republic of Ireland (the first lasted for approximately six months, and the second for approximately four years) which have proved VERY EXPENSIVE for me in terms of psychological and financial injuries.

As you both know, the purpose of Mr Enda Hoey's visit to New Inn village in April 2002 was to try to bully me into taking down an entirely lawful road sign which contained Internet address information relating to UNCONSTITUTIONAL LEGISLATION (created around that time) connected with the location of huge rubbish dumps in the New Inn (County Galway) area. All things considered, I would be grateful if you would now please ask Declan Harney to contact the offices of President of the College of Psychiatry of Ireland Dr Anthony McCarthy, and of Health Minister Dr James Reilly TD -- on behalf of all three of us -- for the purpose of trying to find out why Dr McCarthy and Dr Reilly both appear to be COMPLETELY IGNORING the entire contents of the registered letters I sent to them on May 28th 2013.

It is my understanding that you both discussed the contents of the set of three registered letters dated May 28th 2013 with Declan Harney in your home last Tuesday (July 30th 2013), and that he took copies of the three letters (and associated Post Office receipts and delivery notes) away with him, together with a copy of Dr Michael McCavert's "To Whom It May Concern" letter dated October 28th 2005.
