Dear Mr McLaughlin,
RE: "THE RIGHT TO AN EFFECTIVE REMEDY"
Thank you for your email and the attached letter, both dated August 19th
2021. A scanned copy of your August 19th 2021 letter has been placed at
the following www address:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/NorthernIrelandLawSociety/19August2021/Letter.htm
It appears to me that your August 19th 2021 email was in response to my
email of August 13th 2021 to Belfast Trust Mental Health Social Worker Ms Tina Millar,
which I copied to Mr John Mackell, Director of Client (Solicitor)
Complaints at The Law Society of Northern Ireland, by including Mr
Mackell in the "Cc" recipient list. A slightly edited copy of the August
13th 2021 email in question to Ms Tina Millar can be viewed at the
following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/BelfastHealthAndSocialCareTrust/13August2021/Gmail.html
An unedited "Gmail PDF" copy of my August 13th 2021 email to Ms Millar
has also been placed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/BelfastHealthAndSocialCareTrust/13August2021/Gmail.pdf
With reference to part of the message-text of the August 13th 2021 emails
at the two www addresses immediately above, please know that, to date, I have
not received any reply of any kind from Mr Lewis Singleton LL.B
(Partner) at Human Rights law firm Nelson-Singleton Solicitors, or
from any of his colleagues at Nelson-Singleton Solicitors. Please also know
that I have had very similar responses from a number of other law
firms, and that the main reason I mention Nelson-Singleton Solicitors in this
email is because that particular law firm just happens to be the most recent of the
several law firms I have
requested help from through the registered letter postal services to date.
A scanned copy of my August 2nd 2021 registered letter to
Nelson-Singleton Solicitors, together with scanned copies of the
associated Royal Mail Post Office receipt, and of the Post Office "Proof of
Delivery" note can also be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/Nelson-SingletonSolicitors-HumanRightsLawFirm-Belfast/2August2021/RegisteredLetter.htm
An unedited "Gmail PDF" copy of my closely related email dated August
2nd 2021 to Nelson-Singleton Solicitors can also be viewed at:

===
Please know that it is no exaggeration for me to inform you that I am
still finding
it literally impossible to find professional legal advice and representation of
the kind which recognises and supports human rights law; human rights
law of the kind
that I believe needs to be policed and enforced in my particular case that is; if, as I see
the overall situation, I am
ever to receive justice: despite my
best efforts to do so during the period from sometime around mid-1997 to the
present time.
As you will know, Nelson-Singleton Solicitors are included in the
Northern Ireland Law Society's solicitor directory you have referred to
in your
August 19th 2021 letter to me (referred to above); and, one of the main reasons I am
writing to you now is to ask you if it is lawful for Nelson-Singleton
Solicitors, and all of the other law firms listed in the Northern
Ireland Law Society's solicitor directory, to completely ignore
registered letters of mine of the kind I sent to Nelson-Singleton
Solicitors on August 2nd 2021: in the way that Nelson-Singleton
Solicitors appear to me to have decided to do?
As I trust you will understand, if it is lawful for all of the law firms
listed in the Northern Ireland Law Society's solicitor directory to
completely ignore letters of mine sent to them through the registered
post, then I do not feel it would be sensible for me to use the
solicitor directory again, having due regard for my experience with Nelson-Singleton
Solicitors. According to the Royal Mail my August 2nd 2021 registered
letter to Nelson-Singleton Solicitors was successfully delivered on August
3rd 2021.
===
With regard to my ongoing efforts to find professional legal
representation, and in the hope you might be able to help me find a
suitable law firm to take on my case (which is also one of the main
reasons I am now writing to you), please know that other
legal difficulties of mine -- some of which I feel are now in very pressing need of
resolution -- are referred to in the registered letter I sent to
Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Paul Bell on November 3rd 2018, a scanned
copy of which can be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/ConsultantPsychiatristDrPaulBell/3November2018/RegisteredLetter.html
I have never received any reply of any kind from Dr Bell to my November
3rd 2018 letter to him, which has left me thinking that he has very
likely decided to completely ignore it (and its contents). According to the Royal Mail, the
November 3rd 2018 letter in question was successfully delivered on
November 5th 2018.
===
Finally, I feel I should point out that on account of some major difficulties I
have experienced in the past, and if it is at all possible, I would like to avoid getting involved in
further lengthy Law Society complaint procedures. Additional information on
some of the "severe difficulties" (as I see them) which I have earlier experienced can be found at the bottom
of the scanned "Page 1" of my November 3rd 2018 registered letter to Dr Bell at the
www location immediately above.
I look forward to hearing from you again regarding the above matters.
Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty.
