In response to your July 7th 2023 email referred to above, I wish to state the points I have set out under 1) to 4) in the section below.

1) I note that the Belfast Law Centre will not be available to provide me with professional legal representation at my appeal hearing on July 28th 2023.

2) In your email you have made two mentions that I have been "previously advised" (by the Belfast Law Centre presumably?). Please know that I have no recollection, and no record, of ever being advised by anybody connected with the Belfast Law Centre: up to the time, that is, I received your July 7th 2023 email referred to above. If, as I suspect might be the case, that the Belfast Law Centre has sent me correspondence which I have not received, I would be grateful if you could please provide me with copies.

3) It is also the case that I have never received any reply from anybody at the Belfast Law Centre to my email dated September 22nd, 2017 to Ms Louise Arthurs, an unedited "Gmail PDF" copy of which has been placed at:

(that I have also referred to in my July 6th 2023 email to Belfast Law Centre).

It would be much appreciated if you could please let me know why it is that, from my viewpoint at least, it appears that the Belfast Law Centre seems to have decided to completely ignore the contents of my September 22nd 2017 email to Ms Louise Arthurs (referred to in the paragraph immediately above), who I understand is a professional lawyer. In the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION APPENDIX" (on Pages 8 and 9 of my September 22nd 2017 email), I included information relating to 5 separate areas of major concern and difficulty for me at the time, and which remain unresolved: 4 of them -- "Item #2", "Item #3", "Item #4", and "Item #5" -- are primarily of a very direct and serious (as I see it) "legal" nature.

4) Your July 7th 2023 email contains no mention of the extremely important matter (as I see it) of the presence of "encumbrance" issues relating to my home in the Republic of Ireland; and which, in practice, as I understand it, probably make it impossible for me to ever sell my home in the Republic of Ireland: until such time as, a) I have paid back the Euros 116, 000 I have borrowed using my home in County Galway as collateral, and b) until such time as the Garda Siochana (Republic of Ireland Police) have provided me with a written assurance that my home is no longer considered by them to be a crime scene. Further information relating to this "encumbrance" aspect of my case can be found in the scanned copy of my March 29th 2023 registered letter to Mr Brendan Glynn (Principal Lawyer, Patrick Hogan & Company, Ballinasloe, County Galway, Republic of Ireland) at:

Please know that I have not yet received any reply of any kind from anybody at Patrick Hogan & Company to my March 29th 2023 registered letter. According to the Post Office, my March 29th 2023 letter was delivered on April 3rd 2023, and evidence of this can be found on the scanned copy of the "Proof of Delivery" note included at the www location immediately above.

Finally, I feel I should point out that there appears to be a major problem of some kind relating to the registered letter I sent to the Belfast Law Centre on July 6th 2023. According to the "Marked Up" copy (of mine) of the Post Office "Proof of Delivery", a scanned copy of which has been placed at the www location immediately below, the letter has not progressed beyond the "Ready for Delivery" stage. If my July 6th 2023 letter has still not been delivered to the Belfast Trust Office, I would be grateful if you could please provide me with written confirmation of this, so that I can take the matter up with Royal Mail.
