RE:
PEOPLE VERSUS THE BANKS
With reference to the copy of the letter I sent to you through the
registered post on
November 11th last, I wish to inform you
that I have received a reply from the
Omagh Branch of the
Northern Ireland Housing Executive. (The full text of my
November 11th letter to you, together with copies of the associated

Unfortunately, and without providing me with
any explanation
or
good reason as to why, it seems the
NIHE (Northern
Ireland Housing Executive) do not wish to return my belongings to me
via my brother's address in the
Republic of Ireland: even
though I have made it clear to
Mr Armstrong (District
Manager) that, if necessary, I am willing to pay all reasonable
costs, as I stated in the registered letter I sent to him on
November 11th (referred to above).
Instead, in her e-mail to me dated November 16th 2009,
Catherine
Friel (Senior Housing Officer at the Omagh NIHE Branch Office)
has indicated that I have to either collect the belongings of mine
which they have taken possession of
myself, or, appoint a
representative to collect them on my behalf: "
in a timely
manner".
Please note that for the reasons I have stated in my
November 11th 2009 letter,
and allowing for the fact that I have
still not received
any reply of
any kind from either
The Rt
Hon First Minister of Northern Ireland Peter Robinson MP MLA, or
from
Chief Inspector Michael Winters (Omagh Police Station)
to the
registered letters I sent to them
on June 6th 2009,
I still feel
completely unsafe at the present time about
entering the
Northern Ireland jurisdiction. These safety
concerns of mine are added to by the fact that the
Omagh Police
continue to hold onto my
laptop computer equipment: for
no stated purpose, and although I made a
written request
on
June 17th 2009 via the
UK Social
Services for these two items of mine to be returned to me via my
brother's business premises.
With regard to the
NIHE (Northern Ireland Housing Executive) suggestion that I appoint a
"representative" to collect my belongings from them, please note
that I do not wish to involve any "third parties" in this matter:
other than my brother who has agreed to
simply accept receipt
of my belongings (on my behalf) at his business premises in the
Republic of Ireland; and, that my unwillingness to involve third
parties (other than my brother in the manner described) is mainly on
account of the fact that
the
ORIGINAL Post Office receipts
connected with my letters relating to
Lord Jacob Rothschild issues
are
among the belongings I left behind me when I hastily fled the
NIHE
property in
Greencastle (near Omagh) on
September
1st 2008: in
fear for my life, and just hours after
members of the PSNI
(Police Service of Northern Ireland)
unexpectedly turned up at the
Greencastle residence I was
then living in carrying
machine-guns (for absolutely no good
reason whatsoever that I know of).

original Post Office receipts referred
to in the paragraph just above, and the associated
CONFIRMATION
OF DELIVERY papers I am at present
most anxious to get
repossession of, can be viewed at the following

Please note that on
June 17th 2009 I asked the
UK Social
Services (via
Senior Social Worker Gerry Madden who
witnessed the
removal of my belongings by the
NIHE
on
June 15th 2009) to
confirm that the
several plastic containers containing written records of mine
(including those referred to at the set of three Internet addresses
immediately above), which I had stored on temporary flooring I had
placed in the attic of the
Greencastle residence, were among
the items that were
"removed
for safe storage"
by the
NIHE. Unfortunately, I have
not
received
any reply from the
UK Social Services

As you may already know, there has recently been what I see as an
important update on the ballooning set of concerns and
difficulties connected with the
dozen or so families (which
includes
Lord Jacob Rothschild's family) who effectively own
and control all (or almost all) of the world's
central banks.
The "update" I refer to is in the form of a
144 minute CD
Documentary titled "
Fall
of The Republic" by
Alex Jones (Broadcaster).
Correctly or otherwise, I believe it might be very useful (for
humanity generally) if you and all other politicians around the
world were to take note of the contents of the
CD Documentary
referred to in the
paragraph above, which (at the present
time) can be viewed
free of charge on the
Internet. I
further believe that doing so
might encourage national
leaders (and their advisers) to think more carefully about becoming
yet more
"indebted" to the relatively
tiny group of
central bankers concerned, more
dependant on them, and
consequently more
vulnerable in connection with matters
relating to
manipulation,
corruption, impunity,
and
cover-ups of the kind which
destroy
genuine democracy.
Instead of moving in the direction of
"government
of the people, by the people, for the people"
(which I believe the vast majority of people would like to see
happen), the world now seems to be on the verge of plummeting down
into the
dark,
secretive,
deceitful,
undemocratic, and
tyrannous abyss of
WORLD "government
of the bankers, by the bankers, for the bankers",
which, if it happens, might be
impossible
to ever reverse.
This being the case, and as it is my understanding that
The Charter of the Fundamental Rights of the
European Union becomes law
tomorrow (i.e.
December 1st 2009), I would be extremely grateful if
you,
or
Prime Minister Cowan (Republic of Ireland), would now
please take whatever steps are necessary to ensure that, in
connection with the growing number of unwanted
C-PTSD injuries I have been
discontentedly accumulating during the past
10 years or so,
at the hands of individuals and public
officials and bodies, that I am provided with the
"Right to an effective remedy" under the terms of
Article 47
of the
Charter: having due regard for
Article 41 (
"Right to good
administration"), particularly in connection with issues
relating to the
unconstitutional legislation I have already
referred to at

I feel I should point out that
my
numerous attempts to get legal help in the
United
Kingdom date back to
2002. At one point, on
December 21st 2002, when other efforts of mine seemed
to be all failing, I wrote to
Cherie Booth QC (wife of
former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair). At the time she
was being described in the media as a
"leading human rights
lawyer". Copies of the letters I sent to
Mr and Mrs Blair,

any
reply of
any kind from
Cherie Booth QC.
Although I did receive a reply from
10 Downing Street
(please see at

it
focused entirely on the matter of the missing registered
letters, and
completely ignored my request for help
with the
human rights issues I was struggling with. In
the event, I have never managed to find out what happened to
either of the
two registered letters in
question; and, I never managed to get any
compensation
for the letter that was sent to the
London Metropolitan
Police Service on
October 26th 2002: which was
insured for
consequential loss of
£10,000.
This is one of a number of issues whereby, if I am to get
closure, which I understand is
crucial from the viewpoint of I
recovering from
the
C-PTSD injuries I now suffer from, I believe I will
need to be provided with my
inalienable
right to the truth regarding the
mysterious,
sinister, and very
disturbing
disappearance of the
two registered letters in
question, together with the
compact disk evidence they
contained: plus the fact that I received
no payment at
all from the
Royal Mail in connection with the
£10,000
"consequential loss" the letter to the
London Metropolitan Police Service was insured
for.
In conclusion, and in addition to my request regarding my "
Right
to an effective remedy" (which I have made above), I would also
be very grateful if you would please take whatever steps are
necessary to ensure the
NIHE (Northern Ireland Housing
Executive) are
legally
prevented from
"disposing" of my belongings in a way
whereby I never see them again. As I have already communicated on
several occasions -- through the use of letters I have sent through the
registered post -- I am particularly concerned about the
original Post Office receipts (relating to
Lord
Rothschild issues)
, which I have again
referred to above in this letter. These Post Office receipts are
tangible evidence of my efforts (as an individual acting on my
own) to prevent
major criminals from
committing major
crimes against humanity; and, I do not believe that the NIHE (or
anybody else)
has any lawful right to "dispose" of such
evidence against my wishes: as the NIHE is threatening to do.
Using a lethal combination of
criminal usury and fraudulent fractional
reserve lending, and through the use of what amounts to a
gigantic and unique
Ponzi Scam -- made "legal" by
unconstitutional (and consequently
illegal)
legislation, which is produced and sustained with the
enthusiastic help and support of some of the most
senior members
of the several judiciaries involved -- the central bankers are
FRAUDULENTLY producing
money out of thin air. In other words, the central
bankers are creating "
make-believe money" by simply having
numbers entered into ledgers and computer systems, which they then "
lend"
to
governments all around the world, and which the
tax-payers of the world have to try to service (on behalf of
their governments): in circumstances whereby the
overall debt
owed to the central bankers is (by
callous design)
always increasing
exponentially in a way it can
never
be paid off.
It would be much appreciated if you could please let me have a
written reply regarding the
two requests ("Right to an
effective remedy", and the
prevention of the
"disposal"
of my belongings by the
NIHE) that I have made above. Please
note that I wrote my present temporary address (by hand) onto the
printed copy of the letter I sent to you through the
registered post on
November 11th
2009.
