Dear Mr McLaughlin,
"THE RIGHT TO AN EFFECTIVE REMEDY"
(REF:
DECEMBER 6TH 2021)
As you may know, I sent a letter to you through the registered post on
November 2nd 2021.
To date, I have not received any reply (of any kind) from anybody at the
Northern Ireland Law Society to the letter in question. In case that you
personally might not have received it for some reason, please know that
a scanned copy of it can be viewed at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/NorthernIrelandLawSociety/2November2021/RegisteredLetter.htm
Scanned copies of the associated Royal Mail receipt for the letter, and
of the Royal Mail "Proof of Delivery" note, can also be viewed at the
above www location. According to the Royal Mail, the letter was
successfully delivered on "03-11-2021".
It would be much appreciated if you could please advise me as to
whether, or not, the Northern Ireland Law Society can help me to resolve
the legal difficulties I have referred to in my November 2nd 2021 letter to
you, and which include the particular problem outlined in the following
excerpt from the text of my November 2nd 2021 letter to you:
"As you will know,
Nelson-Singleton Solicitors are included in the Northern Ireland Law
Society's solicitor directory you have referred to in your August 19th
2021 letter to me (referred to above); and, one of the main reasons I am
writing to you now is to ask you if it is lawful for Nelson-Singleton
Solicitors, and all of the other law firms listed in the Northern
Ireland Law Society's solicitor directory, to completely ignore
registered letters of mine of the kind I sent to Nelson-Singleton
Solicitors on August 2nd 2021: in the way that Nelson-Singleton
Solicitors appear to me to have decided to do?"
I feel I should point out that, for the purpose of trying to keep him
informed about my growing selection of legal, medical, social, and
financial difficulties, and in the hope he might help me to some extent
to resolve them, I also sent an almost identical copy of my November 2nd 2021
letter (referred to above) to UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson MP through
the registered post on November 2nd 2021. It is also the case that I
have not received any reply of any kind from Mr Johnson, or from any of
his MP colleagues and support staff. A scanned copy of my letter to Mr
Johnson, together with scanned copies of the associated Royal Mail
receipt and "Proof of Delivery" note, can be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/UKPrimeMinisterBorisJohnsonMP/2November2021/RegisteredLetter.htm
With "Duty of Care"
issues in mind, I am hoping to receive a reply from you regarding the
fact that despite well over 20 years of continuous effort on my part
(i.e. since around the Summer of 1997), I still do not have any direct
access to professional legal advice and representation of the kind which
recognises and supports human rights law, and constitutional law: in
practical and meaningful ways.

Related "Duty of Care" Question:
"Humanity as a whole" still has an enormous amount of "growing
up" to do, it would seem?

unknown -- to the www address of a possibly bogus pharmaceutical

Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty.
