Dear Mr Egan,
                                                RE: DECISION ON DISABILITY PAYMENTS

With reference to your letter to me dated me June 24th 2010, please note that although I would have liked to reply to you much sooner, I have not done so until now for the reasons stated below.

1) The contents of your June 24th 2010 letter strongly suggested to me that, at the time you wrote it, you must not have been aware of the fact that I have been trying my best, over a period of several years, to keep your Office -- and other closely related UK government offices which included the UK police, the UK Social Services, and several UK government ministers -- fully informed regarding the growing set of difficulties I have been experiencing. I did this partly through the use of the following DSD (Department of Social Development) e-mail address: Private.Office@dsdni.gov.uk

For example, and as you can view for yourself, all of the e-mails I have placed on public display at the list of www addresses just below were sent to the Private.Office@dsdni.gov.uk e-mail address:

a)
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/ChiefInspectorWinters/6June2009/Email.htm

b) http://www.humanrightsireland.com/GerardMadden/19December2008/Email.htm

c) http://www.humanrightsireland.com/MEPs/1September2008/Email.htm

d) http://www.humanrightsireland.com/DrThomasFoster/11August2008/Letter.htm

e) http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PrimeMinisterCowen/9May2008/Email.htm

f) http://www.humanrightsireland.com/CardinalSeanBrady/7March2008/Letter.htm

Please note that several other examples of e-mails sent by me during recent years to the Private.Office@dsdni.gov.uk address can be found in the list at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/index.htm#E-Mail_List

2) Almost the entire contents of the DBD231 Form you enclosed in your June 24th 2010 letter to me suggested that you must have believed (at the time) that I had left Northern Ireland on a completely voluntary basis. In reality, and as I described in the September 1st 2008 e-mail to your Office (please see at item "c" above), I left very suddenly (and in fear for my life) some hours after three uniformed PSNI (Police Service Northern Ireland) officers -- two of them carrying large machine guns -- suddenly turned up at the address I was then staying at in Greencastle (near Omagh) on Sunday, August 31st 2008: for no good reason whatsoever that I know of; and, demanded that I present myself on the following day at Omagh police station "at 1400 hours", on a "voluntary basis": failing which they assured me they would be back to arrest me and take me to Omagh Police Station themselves the following day. Please note that there was never any mention made to me by any of the three PSNI officers involved of they having any warrant of any kind for my arrest.

3) Five of the seven pages of the DBD231 Form (referred to above) which you enclosed with your June 24th 2010 letter to me are marked "Page 3 of 7", even though the texts on all seven pages are all completely different.

4) Allowing for what I have stated above, I decided (in June 2010) to wait for the results of the investigations your colleague Holmes Jackson promised in his letter to me dated June 23rd 2010: before replying to your letter to me dated June 24th 2010. A scanned copy of the Holmes Jackson letter in question can be viewed at: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/HolmesJackson/23June2010/Letter.htm

Unfortunately, and although well over four months have now passed since June 23rd 2010, I have to date heard nothing at all from Holmes Jackson regarding his written assurance to me that the issues I had raised in the registered letter I sent to Leslie Morgan (Manager of the Northern Ireland Disability & Carers Service) on June 16th 2010 would "be fully investigated".

Full details of the registered letter I sent to Leslie Morgan on June 16th 2010, including scanned copies of the associated Post Office receipts, can be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LeslieMorgan/16June2010/ScannedCopies/TextAndPostOfficeReceipts.htm

As I am i) growing more and more concerned about the fact that (since February 2010) I continue to receive only about half of the disability payment sum of money I am legally entitled to in the Republic of Ireland, ii) that I am having to again live partly on money I have borrowed from close relatives (who I already owe a total of 34,000 Euros to), and iii) considering that there is no sign at all so far of the promised investigation results I have been hoping to receive from Holmes Jackson, I would be very grateful to you if your Office could now make a decision please -- based on the written information regarding my overall situation which I have already provided your Office with (in this and in all other earlier items of written correspondence I have sent to your Office) -- as to whether or not your Office intends to continue paying me the monthly disability payments, which I was being paid up until January 2010.

If your Office decides to continue with the disability payments which I had been receiving up to January 2010, please pay the monthly payments in question into the same Bank of Ireland (Omagh Branch account) as your Office had been doing for all earlier monthly payments up to and including January 2010.

If, on the other hand, your Office decides that I am not entitled to any further monthly payments after January 2010, please provide me with an "official letter" advising me of this "on headed notepaper", so that I can meet the request of M. Brady at the Republic of Ireland's Social Welfare Services Office in Longford. It may assist you to know that there is a scanned copy of the May 24th 2010 letter in which M. Brady made this request to me available for viewing at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LongfordSocialWelfareServicesOffice/24May2010/Letter.htm

Before ending this letter I feel it might also be helpful for me to point out to you that, allowing for the scale of the difficulties involved, I have sought help from UK Prime Minister David Cameron MP, and from a number of UK parliamentarians (please see copy of recent e-mail at http://www.humanrightsireland.com/UK/Parliament/Group2/5November2010/Email.htm), regarding the overall and growing set of outstanding problems my particular case presents; and, which the UK disability payments referred to above are but a very small and relatively unimportant part of (as I see things): having due regard for the fact that, among many of the other almost unbelievable things taking place, the "government wrongdoing", which -- for very good reason (I believe) -- I have been vigorously, consistently, repeatedly, and openly been attempting to challenge for the past 12 years or so, involves treasonous forms of crime connected with unconstitutional legislation (please see list at http://www.humanrightsireland.com/DrAnneJeffers/5July2009/Email.htm#Finally) which has been reported by me to the police on several occasions, but, which the police do not appear to be investigating (in so far as I am aware). Additional information, which includes the actual names of three of the people (in the Republic of Ireland) who I believe are primarily responsible for the unconstitutional legislation I have been reporting since 2002 at least, can be viewed at: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PrimeMinisterCowen/9May2008/Email.htm

Please note that the difficulties with unconstitutional legislation I have related in the paragraph just above are (I believe) all very closely related to the extremely serious matters associated with the "global banking cartel" which I have set out in the copy of my November 11th 2010 e-mail to Prime Minister Cameron MP at: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PrimeMinisterDavidCameron/11November2010/Email.htm

Should you require any further information from me, please do not hesitate to contact me at the temporary address I am staying at in County Galway, which I have provided below.

For future reference purposes I will later place a copy of the text of this letter at the following www location:
