"And, it is not as though the overall size of the

crime and
corruption problem I have been
                  reporting to the
police during recent years -- both in
                  the
Republic of Ireland, and in
Northern Ireland
                  -- is trivial."
"In fact, it is so

massive, so complex, and so cleverly and
deceptively well-hidden, that most people (at the present
time) seem to find it extremely difficult to believe that
anything of the sort could actually be happening on such a
large scale. Nevertheless, and despite its largely hidden
nature, I have attempted, with some modest measure of success
I feel, to outline the basics of the shocking reality of this

global problem in the registered letter I sent
                  to
Prime Minister Cowen TD on
May 9th
                  2008."==========================
RE:
Return of confiscated laptop computer (from Police Service of
                  Northern Ireland)Dear
Sergeant Mc Fall, Thank you for your e-mail to
                  me of yesterday (i.e.
June 8th 2009) in response to my
                  letter at Internet location
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/ChiefInspectorWinters/6June2009/Email.htm
                  .
With reference to your statement in your e-mail to me
                  of yesterday
"I can
assure you that the Police are not looking for you and that
you are free to go and collect your property at Maryville,
Greencastle", please note that this is a very
welcome and useful piece of news for me (for which I am
very grateful), but totally different of course to what the
three police officers (two of them armed with
machine guns)
gave me to understand when they suddenly and unexpectedly
turned up at my Greencastle address on
Sunday, August
                  31st 2008.
With reference to my letter of

June 2nd 2008 to
Chief Inspector Michael
Winters, a copy of which can be viewed at
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/ChiefInspectorWinters/2June2008/Email.htm , could you please let me know if the
Police are now finished with the almost brand-new (at the
                  time)
 Toshiba laptop
                  computer
belonging to me which I referred to in the
 third
paragraph from the end of the
June 2nd 2008 letter in
                  question to Chief Inspector Winters?
If so, will it be
possible for me to collect my laptop computer (and the

associated 12 Volt DC to 220 Volt AC power supply unit)
                  from
Omagh Police Station when I return to Greencastle
(Omagh) to collect my belongings? Regarding this matter, you
may wish to note that according to my present plans, I
anticipate the transfer of my belongings from Greencastle to
Galway will require me to make three or four car trips to the
Greencastle residence, and that I intend to spread these trips
out fairly evenly during the coming four weeks or
                  so.
For
future reference purposes I will later
today place a copy of this e-mail at the following
                  location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/DrAnneJeffers/9June2009/Email.htmYours
                  sincerely,
William
                  Finnerty.
