"All powers
of government, legislative, executive and judicial, derive,
under God, from the people, whose right it is to designate the
rulers of the State and, in final appeal, to decide all
questions of national policy, according to the requirements of
the common
good."===================
Our written Constitution has
been altered (in effect) ...by Concerned

of
"All powers of government, legislative, executive and
judicial, derive, under God, from the
people, ..." (as stated in
Article
6.1 of
Bunreacht na hEireann),
for the
past several years now we seem to be getting
"All powers of government, legislative, executive and
judicial, derive under our
judges, ..." (or something very
similar).
One way and another, this piece of
sleight
of hand is proving itself to be an
almighty
disaster for the
Republic of Ireland (and
the overwhelming majority of its
several million
citizens).
Regardless of how exactly this
major flaw has crept in (or been slipped in), and it
MOST CERTAINLY was
NOT by the
lawful process of any
"constitutional
referendum" procedure, it now desperately
needs to be remedied as soon as
possible.
