RE: MARCH 21st 2017 VIEWING OF ONE BEDROOM FLAT IN BELFAST

Thank you for your email of March 20th 2017 confirming the matter relating to "sheltered accommodation".

As you may know, Scheme Co-ordinator Ina Ferguson kindly showed me around the "sheltered accommodation" flat in Belfast the day before yesterday (Tuesday, March 21st 2017); and, I afterwards indicated to her that I would like to be "considered" for that particular one bedroom property, under the terms set out in your March 10th 2017 letter to me, a scanned copy of which can be viewed at:

Assuming I understood Ina Ferguson correctly, she suggested that I should write to you to let you know of my interest in the property, keeping in mind that you would not be available until Monday, March 27th 2017 to review the overall situation relating to all of the persons who are interested in renting the flat in question.

In the meantime, and assuming that I was eventually selected for the above mentioned flat, I would like to take this opportunity to mention some matters which I did not discuss with Ina Ferguson last Tuesday, but which I have talked about on a number of occasions during recent months with Newry Housing Executive Team Leader Niall Fitzpatrick, and Newry Housing Executive Officer Michael Keenan. The matters in question are as listed below under 1 to 4.

1) On account of the PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) symptoms I suffer from, which include bouts of chronic fatigue, I have long been doubtful about my ability to move my belongings unaided from my present "emergency accommodation" address in Newry to the new address (in Belfast hopefully). Assuming I have understood them correctly, it is my belief that Niall Fitzpatrick and Michael Keenan might be able to help me with transport arrangements.

2) Allowing for the fact that, as a result of "unsecured loans" which I have been provided with by my brother (Gerald Finnerty) and my half-sister (Marjorie Dolan) over a period of several years, which I hope to be able to start paying back as soon as possible, my present financial liabilities far exceed my assets; and, I further understand that Niall Fitzpatrick and Michael Keenan may, perhaps through some agency other than the Housing Executive, be able to help me to secure financial assistance for the purpose of purchasing basic items of home furniture, which would include bedding, kitchen equipment, and suchlike.

3) As I recall it, Niall Fitzpatrick and Michael Keenan have also assured me that the weekly "Property Charges" (i.e. rent, rates, service charge, and support charge etcetera), will be paid for in full through the Housing Benefits Scheme, and that it will not be necessary for me to make a new claim for Housing Benefit just before, or soon after, I move to the new address. These points are important to me, and this is because of difficulties, connected with the "unsecured loans" referred to under "2)" above, which I have encountered in the past in connection with my eligibility for Housing Benefits here in Northern Ireland.

4) Although I have not discussed the matter with Niall Fitzpatrick and Michael Keenan recently, I am hoping that they might also be able to find out for me, before I leave Newry, what the situation is regarding the property of mine which my former landlord, Mr Patsy Heaney, of Clanrye Properties in Newry, has been unlawfully (as I see it) holding onto since December 2015. I have also, more recently, raised this matter in Section 5 of the text of my letter to The law Society of Northern Ireland dated February 23rd 2017, a copy of which can be viewed at the following www location:

Ideally, and for a number of reasons, I feel I should also mention that I am hoping to have received a fuller reply from The Law Society of Northern Ireland to my February 23rd 2017 letter to them, before I leave my present address in Newry.

Please note that, for technical reasons beyond my control, the dozen or so "Internet Hyperlinks" provided in the "Related Open News Topics" section below will appear as "dead text" in this "Indymedia (Ireland)" comment. However, the original "live working" versions of these hyperlinks can be found (and used) in the edition of the message-text at the www address provided above; and, they were included in this morning's e-mail to the United Nations because, between them, they seem (to me) to provide a pretty good indication/"feel" of just how MASSIVE, VARIED, WIDESPREAD, and DEEPLY ENTRENCHED, the global "government corruption, crime, cover-ups, bullying, and impunity" problem really is at the present time: and, most important of all perhaps, I think they also, as a set, supply a tangible "handle" (of sorts) on the very slimy, very extensive, and often very blurred "DENIAL (genuine and/or pretend) MINDSET PROBLEM", which continues to so powerfully, and frequently INVISIBLY, and often from "way behind the scenes", to "fuel and drive" the whole accelerating global phenomenon of "government corruption, crime, cover-ups, bullying, and impunity". Has anything really changed fundamentally among the arrogant/ignorant/stupid "ruling elites" (i.e. the "human tin-gods" who are trying to "play GOD" and making complete fools of themselves in the process), I often find myself asking myself, since the days (in the 1400s AD) of the "Borgias Pope Family" in Holy Rome: "The Original Crime Family of The Vatican", as they have been labelled by some?'

'A bit like other aspects of the universe itself perhaps, it may be that this particularly nasty MINDSET "type social problem" (as I see it), in very large part a human-brain "software problem" I suspect, which I have long viewed as a major threat for "humanity as a whole", and maybe even for the whole of "Life on Earth" possibly -- when and if the constantly-lurking risk, above and below the surface of the Earth (particularly in the oceans of our World), of "the makings" of a  "Hell on Earth" Thermonuclear World War Three   is taken into account -- is a problem that is half-invisibly expanding outwards (and inwards as well at the same time in its particular case!!) at something approaching the speed of light? Or at least the speed of sound perhaps, and with much of the credit for the "expansion in all directions" due to the bankster owned/controlled MSM (Main Stream Media).'
