sent the day before yesterday (February 20th 2014) to a Republic of Ireland law-firm
named Belgard Solicitors.

Thank you for your letter dated February 17th 2014, a scanned copy of
which I have placed at the following www location:

With reference to the "Private & Confidential" restriction on the
scanned copy of your letter at the above www address, please note that I
believe such restrictions (in my particular case) are likely to do me
far more harm than good. Correctly or otherwise, I have long believed that
the more people who get to know about the details of my case, the more likely it is
that I might eventually receive the legal and medical help I need in
order to recover from the medical and financial problems I am at present
struggling with, and which I have already been battling with for several
years now.
As I believe that (for one reason or another) you might not be aware of
it, I wish you to know that I have been trying to deal with the matter
of the €60.96 myself for a considerable length of time now through
direct communications between myself and a number of other people
working on behalf of
HUTCHINSON 3G IRELAND LIMITED.
For example, I sent an e-mail to Colin Boland at Cabot Financial Ireland
on January 23rd 2014. A full copy of the e-mail in question can be

As can be seen at www address just above, the January 23rd 2014 e-mail
contained the following piece of text:
'It would be much appreciated if you would please inform HUTCHINSON 3G
IRELAND LIMITED, on my behalf, that I feel I cannot sensibly try to make
progress regarding the 60.96 Euros they are claiming I now owe them
(through you) until I receive answers to the "the false time and date on
3 e-mails" question I have raised in the copy of the e-mail I sent to
them at the www address provided above.'
To date, I have not been provided with any answers to the question
referred to in the paragraph immediately above; and, I also wish you to
know that, for a number of reasons, I continue to be extremely concerned
regarding the failure of HUTCHINSON 3G IRELAND LIMITED to reply to me
regarding this
"false time and date" question of mine that I have
raised.
The "concerns and difficulties" of mine referred to above relate (in
large part) to the manner in which the NSA and GCHQ appear (to me) to
still be able to very easily violate
Article 7 of the
CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS
OF THE EUROPEAN UNION in very major ways with total impunity: despite the more or less
continuous flow of very disturbing revelations coming from Edward
Snowdon since around June 2013, which are powerfully supported by all of
the associated hard documentary evidence of his relating to the enormous
amount of "spying", "hacking"
and "interfering" activities of the NSA and GCHQ all across the www system. More
information on this extremely serious matter (as I see it) can be viewed

You may wish to note that Lorraine Erasmus (the 3 National Repeater
Broadband Credit & Collections Manager) was among those I included in
the "Cc:" recipient list of the e-mail at the www address just above.
As I feel sure you will ready know, Article 7 of the CHARTER OF
FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, which, as far as I know, came
into full force when the Lisbon Treaty entered into full force in 2009, very
clearly states:
"Everyone has the right to respect for his or her
private and family
life, home and communications."
Also,
Article 8.1 of the CHARTER states:
"Everyone has the right to the protection of personal data concerning
him or her"; and, in addition
Article 11.1 consists of the following
text:
"Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall
include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information
and ideas without interference
by public authority and regardless of frontiers".
With further reference to the
"without interference" assurance of Article 11.1, I wish you to know
that I believe the HUTCHINSON 3G IRELAND LIMITED Broadband Service
I was subscribing to, which worked satisfactorily to begin with, was
being constantly (more or less) interfered with, during the months
before I stopped the payments; and, although I reported the problems to
a number of people working for HUTCHINSON 3G IRELAND LIMITED during that
period of time, the
exceptionally "poor performance" problems of the service nevertheless
persisted. I ended up feeling that I was completely powerless over the
poor service I had ended up having to pay for: except in one respect, which was to
stop the payments: in the hope that HUTCHINSON 3G IRELAND LIMITED might
go about investigating the problem in a way that explained and cured it.
This they do not appear to me to be willing to do, as evidenced by the
way they have failed completely to make any attempt whatsoever (that I
know of) to answer the
"the false time and date on 3 e-mails"
questions referred to above.
I feel I should point out to you at this stage that I have spent many
years working on www type electronic computer/communications type
systems, and it was largely as a result of the experience gained during
these years that I ended up believing that the cause of the
major deterioration in the service was in all probability deliberate, and in
all probability politically motivated. Evidence of my work experience in

Allowing for the demand in your letter me dated February 17th 2014 for
payment
"within seven days", I am copying this e-mail to
"The Money Advice and Budgeting Service" (MABS) in the hope that
the people there will provide me with their views as to how I might best deal with this
sudden and unexpected demand of your law firm: having due regard for the fact
that I have still received no answers at all to the
"false time and date on 3 e-mails"
questions referred to above, questions which I originally raised in
my e-mail to your Client on October 21st 2013 in the e-mail copy at the

"peremptory instructions to take legal action" against me, I also
hope that

fact that I am suffering from Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Whom It May Concern" letter written by Dr Michael McCavert GP at the

Allowing the above-mentioned C-PTSD condition (which I have been
suffering from for the past 12 years or so), and in the event that your
law firm decides to issue legal proceedings against me, please note
that in order to defend my basic "human rights", I strongly believe
that I will need the
services of a lawyer who a) recognises the factual existence of the now
large body of national and international legislation based on the 1948
United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which of course
includes the CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, and b)
that the lawyer in question will also need to be entirely willing to use the
UDHR related legislation I refer to
here in practical ways on my behalf, and in my best interests. As things stand at the present
time, I believe I might find it extremely difficult to find such
a lawyer.
I've been conscientiously looking for such a lawyer for well over 12
years now, and I have still not managed to even get anywhere remotely
close to finding one.
It would be much appreciated if you would now please put everything in
abeyance until such time as I have been advised by
"The Money Advice and Budgeting Service" as to how they feel I
might best deal with the demand for payment of €60.96 made in your
February 17th 2014 to me.

"it's an impossible demand" at all, and the main reason I think this is
