I was particularly concerned about references in the report to the
"Paranoid Personality Disorder" diagnosis made by consultant
psychiatrist Dr Lauren Edgar, which I believe was deliberately false;
and, which was later corrected by consultant psychiatrist Dr Paul Bell
following a request from me for a "second opinion".

For anybody who wishes to study the way my "Radius Rent Arrears Debt" --
which is at present in the region of
£10,000
-- has been engineered, the document referred to at the www location immediately above is
something of an "essential read" (I believe). There are two or three
other similar "Appeal Response" documents connected with my case, albeit
that they are considerably smaller than the one referred to at the www
address immediately above.
Based on my recollection of discussions I have had with Tina Millar, it
is my understanding that she has provided the
Belfast Law Centre,
and the
Belfast law firm MSM Law, with full copies of the 230
page document. I further understand that both these organisations
seriously engaged with Tina Millar, and with Community Psychiatric Nurse
Briana Bloomer, for a while; and, that they then both suddenly decided
to fully disengage: for no good reason that I know of.
I informed
Martin Fox (of Housing Rights) about this 230 page
document, and the fact that Tina Millar would (in so far as I am aware)
almost certainly be willing to provide him with a copy if he requested
it. As far as I know, neither Martin Fox, nor anybody else connected
with Housing Rights, ever did make any such request to Tina Millar.
To the best of my knowledge,
the Northern Ireland Appeals Service has not made any final decision
regarding either of the two appeals I have lodged with the Northern
Ireland Appeals Service in connection with the cancellation of my Pension Credit
payments, and the cancellation of my Housing Benefit payments.
I further understand that if the Northern Ireland Appeals Service found in my favour, that the Belfast Housing Executive would be obliged to pay
my Radius Rent Arrears Debt directly, and in full, to Radius Housing.
