Thank you for your
e-mail dated March 30th 2009.
I wish to confirm that I
would very much like to return to the
Greencastle
residence as soon as possible, and not least because many
of my belongings -- some of which I am badly in need of -- are
at present located there.
However, please note that
following a totally unexpected visit from three police
officers -- two of them carrying
large machine guns --
at around lunchtime on Sunday
August 31st 2008, I
decided it would be best for me to stay away from my
Greencastle address until such time as I was provided with a
satisfactory explanation of what the police were hoping to
achieve by such action: having due regard for the fact that
the police visit in question appeared to me to completely
ignore all of the written information I had provided

It is also the case that Gerry
Madden has already queried the matter of my absence from the
Greencastle residence in an e-mail he sent to me on
December 5th 2008; and, that I replied to him by

Although I have not received any reply
from Gerry Madden to my registered letter of December 19th
2008, and as can easily be verified via the Internet address
immediately above, the Post Office claim it was successfully
delivered on
December 22nd 2008.

that I have also been doing my best to keep all concerned
aware of the difficulties I am struggling with via the list of

for what I have related above, I wish you to know that I
believe it would be entirely inappropriate in the present
circumstances for the
Northern Ireland Housing
Executive to pursue the
"NIHE Abandonment of Property
procedures" you have mentioned.
Finally, I feel I
should point out that after several years of trying to get
medical treatment for the
C-PTSD condition I am at
present suffering from, it now looks as though I might -- at
long last -- be about to begin receiving such treatment fairly
soon. In connection with this particular aspect of my
situation, you may wish to note the contents of the letter (to

far as I can recall, when I met them both last Monday (March
30th 2009), I pointed out to Dr Jeffers, and to
Ms Niamh
Gralton (Clinical Psychologist), that, in spite of my own
and Gerry Madden's best efforts over a period of several
years, I still have not managed to find a lawyer who is
willing to discuss my legal rights with me under the terms of
the
European Convention on Human Rights: in
EITHER of the two jurisdictions operating on the
Island of Ireland; and, that as I see this failure to
be able to find a lawyer who recognises the factual existence
of the European Convention on Human Rights (
in
practice) as one of the core causes of the large array
of C-PTSD injuries I have ended up with, it is certainly the
case that I intend to raise this amazing and almost
unbelievable aspect of my present situation with them both
again in the future.
