"present situation" continues to be as I set it out in the email dated August 24th 2021

email referred to at the two www locations immediately above. However, as I have not
received any acknowledgement of receipt from Gerard for the August 24th
2021 email in question, I have no way of knowing if it ever reached him.
Also, I do not know if you are aware of the contents of my August 24th
2021 email; and consequently, for the purpose of this email at least, I feel I should assume you
are not.
If, after you have familiarised yourself with the contents of my May
24th 2021 email (referred to above), you believe the
Welcome Organisation can help me in any
way regarding my
"present situation" (as referred to above
in paragraph 2), it would be
much appreciated if you could please let me know.
Please know that by far the
most important form of support I feel I need just now is that of
direct access to professional legal advice and representation of the
kind which recognises, and properly supports, human rights law in
connection with what I believe is my right, under international law,
to "AN EFFECTIVE REMEDY" (as referred to in the attachment I am
including below with this email) for all of the several extremely
serious abuses (and associated problems) that I have been saddled with for
well over the 20 years just past, and caused by what my former GP (Dr Michael McCavert) has accurately described as "wrongdoing" at the hands of "individuals
and public officials and bodies" in his To Whom It May
Concern letter dated October 8th 2005.
