Dear Sir/Madam,

RE: POSTCODE, AND CHANGED CIRCUMSTANCES

Thank you for your February 7th 2019 letter.

Attached please find an EIRCODE printout of the Postcode information for my home in the village of New Inn, Ballinasloe, County Galway, Republic of Ireland, which your office has requested, together with the associated declaration signed by me, as required by the NI Pension Service.

There has been what I see as an important change in my circumstances in that, I have been diagnosed by Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Paul Bell as suffering with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Evidence of this can be viewed in the letter copied to me by Dr Bell at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/ConsultantPsychiatristDrPaulBell/27November2018/Letter.htm

On November 3rd 2018 I sent a letter through the registered post to Dr Bell which contains mention of the fact that, to date, I have never received any acknowledgement of receipt for the letter I sent through the registered post to NI Pension Service Manager Catherine Hughes on September 6th 2018. A scanned copy of the letter in question can be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PensionService/6September2018/RegisteredLetter.html

As the matter of I not knowing if Caitriona Hughes is aware of my September 6th 2018 letter to her, and as this is one of a growing number of very similar ongoing sources of stress for me, I referred to this particular "non-acknowledgement of receipt problem" in a letter I sent through the registered post to Dr Bell on November 3rd 2018. A scanned copy of my November 3rd 2018 letter to Dr Bell can be viewed at the www address immediately below, and the reference to the "Caitriona Hughes example" of this "failure to acknowledge receipt" problem appears in Section 11 of the letter:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/ConsultantPsychiatristDrPaulBell/3November2018/RegisteredLetter.html

Please also know that for the purpose of keeping the NI Pension Service updated regarding the several unresolved problems I am struggling to remedy, I copied an email to Northern Ireland Pension Service Officer Andrea Mcgee on February 8th 2019. A slightly edited version of this email, which was also copied to -- among others, and using the same email -- a selection of senior lawyers, medical doctors, care-workers, religious leaders, politicians, and police officers, can be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/HayesSolicitorsDublin/8February2019/Gmail.html

and, there is also an unedited "Gmail PDF" copy of it at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/HayesSolicitorsDublin/8February2019/Gmail.pdf

Yours sincerely,

William Finnerty.
