Dear Sir/Madam, RE: POSTCODE, AND CHANGED CIRCUMSTANCES Thank you for your February 7th 2019 letter. Attached please find an EIRCODE printout of the Postcode information for my home in the village of New Inn, Ballinasloe, County Galway, Republic of Ireland, which your office has requested, together with the associated declaration signed by me, as required by the NI Pension Service. === There has been what I see as an important change in my circumstances in that, I have been diagnosed by Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Paul Bell as suffering with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
