As I do not know who (at your Surgery) sent me the letter, I have placed a scanned copy of it at the following www location: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/MeadowlandsSurgery/7July2016/Letter.htm I sent a letter addressed to Dr Radcliffe through the registered on April 26th 2016, and as the contents of the July 7th 2016 letter referred to at the www location just above suggest to me that -- for one reason or another -- none of you might be aware of the existence of my April 26th 2016 registered letter to you, please know there is there is a scanned copy of it at the following www location: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/MeadowlandsSurgery/26April2016/RegisteredLetter.htm Although I do have a mobile phone, I have had to stop using it for the purpose of receiving calls, on account of unhelpful and unwanted calls I was receiving in connection with the ongoing legal and medical difficulties I have been experiencing for the past several years. Consequently, I now use my mobile phone for outgoing calls only. I do have an email address, which is: williamfinnertygalway@gmail.com === With further reference to my registered letter to your Surgery dated April 26th 2016 (mentioned above), I am at present wondering where I stand regarding my "REQUEST #1", which relates to an update (of some kind) for Dr Michael McCavert's "To Whom It May Concern" letter of October 28th 2005 (copy attached), which is mentioned on Page 1 of the April 26th 2016 registered letter? As I stated in the "REQUEST #1" section of my April 26th 2016 letter to you, I have had two appointments with Daisy Hill Hospital Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Mark McCauley (the first on December 3rd 2015, and the second on January 7th 2016), for the purpose (as I understand it) of he assessing my mental health; plus, an appointment with Daisy Hill Hospital Consultant Clinical Psychologist Dr Elizabeth McMonagle on April 19th 2016, which I understand was for the purpose of Dr McMonagle providing Dr McCauley with a "second opinion" on the state of my mental health. It would be much appreciated if you could please let me know if you can arrange for me to be provided with a written statement of some kind regarding the conclusion that Consultant Psychiatrist Dr McCauley finally reached, in connection with his professional opinion of my mental health; and which, ideally, from my viewpoint at least, might take the form of Dr Michael McCavert's "To Whom It May Concern Letter" dated October 28th 2005 (copy attached). With reference to my "REQUEST #2", on Page 2 of my April 26th 2016 registered letter to you, please know that the arrangement which I thought was in place at the time, regarding the provision of "Talking Therapy" for the "Chronic Post Traumatic Stress Disorder" I believe I am at present suffering from (and have been suffering from for an uninterrupted period of several years now), was -- to my great shock and disappointment -- later cancelled (on May 17th 2016). According to what Consultant Clinical Psychologist Dr Elizabeth McMonagle informed me during my May 17th 2016 appointment with her (and Clinical Psychologist Madeline Fitzpatrick), and assuming I understood Dr McMonagle correctly, there is some kind of hospital rule which prevents the "Daisy Hill Hospital Support and Recovery Team" from providing any such therapy to individuals (such as myself) who are actively involved in efforts to resolve ongoing legal problems. Additional information regarding my May 17th 2016 appointment with Dr McMonagle, and Ms Fitzpatrick, and the letter which contained copies of three items of earlier correspondence relating to my case, which I took with me to the appointment, and left with Dr McMonagle and Ms Fitzpatrick at the end of it, can be viewed at the following www location: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/DrElizabethMcMonagle/17May2016/Letter.htm === With regard to the matter of I presenting myself for further medical tests, such as, for example, the "blood tests" mentioned in the July 7th 2016 letter I have received from your Surgery (referred to above), please know that I sent an email to Bernadette Hamill (Radiology Appointments Officer at Daisy Hill Hospital) on June 9th 2016, informing her that I felt I could not sensibly present myself for any more medical tests and/or assessments until (and if) I find legal representation of the kind which recognises the factual existence of Article 47 of the CHARTER OF THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, accompanied by the willingness to use it on my behalf for the purpose of providing me with an "effective remedy" ("within a reasonable time") for the set of legal and medical difficulties I have already been struggling very badly with for some eighteen years now (i.e. since mid-1998). At the time I sent the email (on June 9th 2016), I believed it was likely that Ms Hamill, or perhaps one of her colleagues at Daisy Hill Hospital, would have taken steps to ensure you were informed concerning this particular decision of mine. However, and as your July 7th 2016 letter to me suggests that your Surgery might not have been told of that decision of mine, please know that there is a full copy of my email of June 9th 2016 to Ms Hamill at the following www location: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/DaisyHillHospital/XrayDept/9June2016/Gmail.html If I had an email address for your Surgery, I would of course have copied my June 9th 2016 email to your Surgery. However, I have never been able to find any email address for your Surgery, or for anybody working at your Surgery. Similarly for Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Mark McCauley and Consultant Psychologist Dr Elizabeth McMonagle, and for the other people -- including, for example Psychiatric Social Worker Dorothy Whyte -- who I have discussed my situation with at Daisy Hill Hospital on a number of occasions. I have not been able to find email addresses for any of the Daisy Hill Hospital people I have spoken directly with. I would like to take this opportunity to point out to you that the "written history" of I feeling "unsafe" about presenting myself to a hospital consultant in connection with the extremely high PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) blood count of mine, for the associated exploratory surgical procedure which I should have had well over eight years ago, can easily be traced back to March 3rd 2008. The excerpt immediately below is from a "registered letter/email combination" I sent to Republic of Ireland Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Anne Jeffers on November 20th 2008: 'Another major "spin-off" type of medical difficulty for me relates to the fact that none of the concerns I raised in my letter dated March 3rd 2008 to hospital consultant CK Mulholland (copy available at http://www.humanrightsireland.com/CKMulholland/3March2008/Letter.htm ) have been addressed (as far as I know); and, that while they remain unaddressed, I believe I will continue to feel completely unsafe about presenting myself for the surgical procedures which I would (in normal circumstances) have gladly consented to last March: and even though I have all along been fully aware that delays regarding this particular matter might well have life-threatening implications for me.' A copy of the full text of the "registered letter/email combination" I sent to Republic of Ireland Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Anne Jeffers on November 20th 2008 -- which was copied to several other people, among them a number of other medical doctors -- can be viewed at the following www location: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/DrAnneJeffers/20November2008/Email.htm From my viewpoint, it appears that the recipients of the November 20th 2008 "registered letter/email combination" of mine referred to at the www location immediately above, appear to have decided to completely ignore the entire contents of the Email text in question. === My efforts to find the "Article 47" type legal representation (referred to above), which I feel I very badly need, are ongoing; and, at the present time I am awaiting a reply to the "registered letter/email combination" I sent to the local law firm of "McGuigan Malone Solicitors" on July 13th 2016. Injustice may bring a need to wail with primitive, howling outrage. It may show itself in scorched receding eyes that will not recount what has occurred. It may speak loudly, livid with determination to redress the wrong. It may be barely audible, unable to articulate the depth of the despair. Sometimes it will regress to childlike questioning how such unfairness could occur or be allowed. Sometimes it arms itself with anger to revenge what others will not right. It is all action and immobility, all words and silence, all reality and illusory." "Sometimes it chokes in indignation. Sometimes it sobs with frustration. Sometimes it closes in upon itself, emerging in depression. Other times it pretends it never happened or it is consumed with nothing else." "The psychological consequences of injustice usually present as post-traumatic symptoms and with time and sensitive intervention are amenable to psychotherapy, and victims of crime should seek support." The three excerpts just above have come from an Irish Times Article titled "Dealing with injustice", and it was written and published by Dublin-based Psychologist Marie Murray sometime during the early months of 2006 (as far as I know).
