Thank you for your letter dated July 19th 2022.
For a number of reasons I still feel very reluctant, at the present
time, having due regard for my present circumstances -- which includes
the fact that I still do not have any direct access to professional
legal advice and representation of the kind which recognises and
supports, in practical and meaningful ways,
human rights law,
constitutional law,
international law, and
tort law (which I understand
the legal profession normally uses for dealing with
"Duty of Care"
violations) -- to provide your
office with a completed copy of the "Legacy Receipt" you have asked me
to return to you.
However, as I stated in the letter I sent to you through the registered
post on December 20th 2021, I would be happy to complete the form and
return it to you, provided you can let me have meaningful answers to the
two questions I still feel I need answers to: which I related to you in
my registered letters to you dated December 20th 2021, and October
12th 2020.

Gerald Finnerty) and my late half-sister Ms Marjorie Dolan, against my
home ("St Albans") in New Inn, Ballinasloe, County Galway, which, according to my
records, eventually amounted to a total of Euros 114,100
