Dear Ms O'Brien and Mr Clinch,
Thank you for your email to me dated January 19th 2021, a copy of which is
reproduced under the "Forwarded message" heading below.
I have discussed your January 19th 2021 email with Community Psychiatric
Nurse Briana Bloomer at a meeting I had with her last Friday (i.e.
January 29th), which was also attended by a colleague of Ms Bloomer's, Community Psychiatric Nurse
Ms Ann
Flanagan.
It is my understanding that Ms Bloomer will very soon, if she has not
already done so, be contacting your
office on my behalf, and with my approval, regarding your
January 19th 2021 to me.
I further understand that Ms Bloomer will also soon be seeking
professional legal advice on my behalf -- possibly via the Belfast Law
Centre, and/or the Belfast based law firm of MSM Law -- regarding the
matter of how best I ought to respond to your January 19th 2021 email to
me.
Some information relating to the help I have been receiving -- for several
months now -- from Social Worker Ms Tina Millar and Community Psychiatric
Nurse Briana Bloomer
can be viewed in the unedited "Gmail PDF" copy of the email (to Babingtons Solicitors) at the
following www location, which was "Cc" copied to both of you, and to Ms
Millar and Ms Bloomer as well:
http://humanrightsireland.com/BabingtonsSolicitors/20January2021/Gmail.pdf
In connection with what I understand are your efforts to have me attend
at the High Court in
Dublin, please also know that there is clear mention (in the second
paragraph from the end) of the email at the www location immediately
above, of
the fact that (as I
understand it) there is an extant warrant for my arrest in
the Republic of Ireland, which I have been told has been in place
since
July 8th 2015, and which is the product of the completely
false claim that I assaulted a member of An Garda Siochana (The Republic
of Ireland Police Force) in 2014.
While I am waiting to hear back from Ms Bloomer regarding the
professional legal advice I have asked her to seek on my behalf
regarding your January 19th 2021 email to me, I would greatly appreciate it if
Mr Cian Clinch could personally provide me, please, with written acknowledgements of
receipt for
a) the letter I sent to him through the
registered post on
August 29th 2019, a scanned copy of which can
be viewed at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/HayesSolicitorsDublin/29August2019/RegisteredLetter.htm
and,
b)
the letter I sent to Mr Cian Clinch
through the registered post on
November 16th 2020, a scanned copy
of which can be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/HayesSolicitorsDublin/16November2020/RegisteredLetter.htm
According to the
Royal Mail "Track and Trace" service, and as can be
seen from the associated scanned copies of the Royal Mail
"Proof of
Delivery" notes included at the two www page locations
immediately above, both of
the letters in question have been successfully delivered to Hayes
Solicitors in Dublin:
i.e. the
August 29th 2019 letter of mine to Mr Cian Clinch was successfully delivered to
Hayes Solicitors on
September 2nd 2019;
and,
the
November 16th 2020 letter of mine to Mr Cian Clinch was successfully delivered to
Hayes
Solicitors on
November 18th 2020.
Please note that, to date, I have never received any
acknowledgement of receipt of any kind from anybody connected with Hayes Solicitors for
either of the two above-mentioned registered letters.
I now look forward to receiving the acknowledgements of receipt (referred to
above) from Mr Cian
Clinch for the registered letters I have sent to him on August 29th 2019
and November 16th 2020, as soon as possible please.
Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty.
