Thank you for your email dated November 9th 2022, in relation to the "repossession action" being taken against me by Radius Housing Association, in which you have referred to an email from me dated "1st November".

Please know that I can find no record of I sending you, or anybody else at the your Office, an email on November 1st 2022. I did however send an email to you on November 2nd 2022.

In case that for some reason you have not received my November 2nd 2022 email to you, please know that an unedited "Gmail PDF" copy of it has been placed at the following www location:

Please know that, to the best of my recollection, I have never received any acknowledgement of receipt for the registered letter I sent to your Office on October 21st 2022, which is referred to at the www location immediately above. Similarly, to the best of my recollection, I have never received any acknowledgement of receipt for the registered letter I sent to your Office on October 3rd 2022, a scanned copy of which has been placed at the following www location:

My reason for making the above-mentioned request of mine, before the "engaging process" begins, is in very large part, due to the fact that -- try as I might -- it continues to be the case that I am literally finding it impossible -- in practice -- to find professional legal advice and representation relating to the "eviction problem of mine", or, for that matter, to any of the other legal and medical problems I am at present struggling with; and which, from my viewpoint at least, appears to involve a number of extremely serious violations, over a period of well over 20 years, of human rights law, constitutional law, international law, and tort law (which I understand the legal profession uses to remedy "Duty of Care" types of wrongdoing).

In anticipation of I being asked to participate in a discussion with an officer from the Enforcement of Judgements Office, and with due regard for the fact that I still cannot find any professional lawyer (or law firm) willing to advise and represent me, I have asked a neighbour of mine to accompany me during the discussion you wish to have with me: assuming of course that this is acceptable to your Office. In the hope that this would be acceptable to your Office, several days ago I provided the neighbour in question with a printed copy of the October 21st 2022 registered letter referred to at the www location provided in paragraph 4 above. Please let me know if you are willing to allow this neighbour of mine (who is also a Radius Housing Association resident living in the same block of flats as myself) to be present during our meeting. As I recall it, given a few days notice, my neighbour has informed me that he is normally available every afternoon, Monday to Friday, as I also am.

With reference to your suggestion that in connection with any "questions" relating to "legal matters" I may have, that you "will just refer" me "to get some legal advice". Please know that, in so far as as I can recall, all of the several professional lawyers, and law firms, I have sought help from in recent years, of those that is who did actually reply to my requests for help from them, have invariably referred me to the Housing Rights Service. Please know that, as I understand it, the Housing Rights Service is UNABLE to help me until the results of my Pension Credits Appeal become know, which I have reason to believe will happen sometime before the end of this year, or possibly a little after that. Further information regarding the position of the Housing Rights Service relating to my particular situation can be viewed in copies of the emails that have been placed at the following two www locations:

Please know that I have also sought, with much help from Belfast Trust Mental Health Social Worker Ms Tina Millar (and her team), legal advice and legal representation from the Belfast Law Centre: without any meaningful success. In addition, I have personally sought help from the Northern Ireland Law Society on a number of occasions, over a period of several years: also without any meaningful, practical success.

Finally, it would be much appreciated if -- before we meet to discuss my situation, hopefully in the presence of my neighbour (as referred to above) -- you could please take careful note of the contents of my email dated July 20th 2020 at:
