Dear Dr Jeffers,
Thank you for
the appointment you have offered me for Monday November 10th
2008.
Please note however that I am still not sure if
you are aware of the kind of medical help I am seeking from
you; and, that as this is the case, I feel it would be best at
this stage (from my viewpoint at least) to reschedule the
Monday November 10th appointment -- assuming of course that
you feel you can help me in some significant way regarding the
medical aspects of the problems related below.
For the
purpose of attempting to communicate my situation (regarding
the extreme medical and legal difficulties I have been
struggling with for the past several years) I have tried to
send you some e-mails in recent weeks. Unfortunately, I am not
sure if any of them have reached you?
All of the main
strands (that I have learned of so far) relating to the
overall set of medical and legal difficulties in question are,
to some extent at least, represented at the following Internet
page location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PrimeMinisterCowen/9May2008/Email.htmAs
I trust you will understand, I feel I cannot (at this late
stage) sensibly attempt to explain or communicate the highly
complex and convoluted set of difficulties outlined at the
Internet address just above by any means other than the
Internet: either to you, or to anybody else.
As a
direct result of the overall difficulties in question, I was
diagnosed in October 2005 as suffering from
C-PTSD
(Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) by
Dr Michael
McCavert GP. A scanned copy of Dr McCavert's "
To Whom
It May Concern" letter dated
October 28th 2005 --
which mentions the C-PTSD problem I have ended up with -- can
be viewed at:
http://www.europeancourtofhumanrightswilliamfinnerty.com/DrMcCavert28October2005/Letter.htmAs
can be seen at the Internet address immediately above, please
note that Dr McCavert has very clearly (and very correctly in
my view) stated that my
"symptoms and behaviours are the
result of traumas and stresses over years and these traumas
and stresses have come at the hands of individuals and public
officials and bodies that he has encountered in his struggles
to try to correct environmental wrong doings."
For
reasons which I feel I have to assume are mostly political --
and largely a consequence of my attempts to publicly challenge
unconstitutional legislation (i.e. illegal
"law" which involves treasonous forms of crime of an extremely
serious and lawless nature) -- it appears (to me) that I am
being very deliberately prevented from receiving the medical
and legal help I need for the purpose of dealing with the
C-PTSD problem Dr McCavert diagnosed in October 2005. Among
several other things, I see this as a particularly sly and
nasty form of mental torture that has been deliberately upheld
for the past three years, and all for no good reason
whatsoever that I know of.
By way of providing you with
an example of the extreme difficulty I am having regarding the
legal help I need, I feel it might be useful for me to point
out to you that I have never received any reply from
Barrister John Glynn (Principal Lawyer at
Hogan & Co, Ballinasloe, County Galway) to my registered
letter to him dated April 3rd 2007 at the following
address:
http://www.europeancourtofhumanrightswilliamfinnerty.com/JohnGlynn3April2007/EmailLetter.htm
Please
note that concerns relating to the payment of legal fees
cannot be an issue for Hogan & Co, because all of the
legal papers connected with my home in New Inn (County Galway)
have been lodged with Hogan & Co for safekeeping since the
mid 1980s.
I feel I should also point out that I have
recently read the article on the
Hippocratic Oath at
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/7654432.stm
; and, with the subject of "injustice" in mind, I note with
interest that the following statement forms part of the
Hippocratic Oath:
"I will use treatments for the
benefit of the ill in accordance with my ability and my
judgment, but from what is to their harm and injustice I will
keep them."
As I believe the "harm and injustice" I
am still being subjected to "at the hands of individuals and
public officials and bodies" (Dr McCavert's words) have already
gone on for several years longer than they should have
done, or needed to have done, I hope it will be possible for
you to now provide me with the medical help I need for the
Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I am suffering from.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as you
reasonably can please regarding this request to you for the
medical help I feel I now very badly need in connection with
the above matters.
For
future reference
purposes I intend to place a copy of this e-mail at the
following address later today:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/DrAnneJeffers/6November2008/Email.htm
Your sincerely,
William
Finnerty.
