Dear Mr Armstrong,In an effort
to try and get more information about the surprise news
Gerry Madden (Omagh based Senior Social Worker)
e-mailed to me on
June 15th last -- i.e. that my
belongings had been removed from the
Greencastle
residence (despite my best efforts over a period of some
10
months or so to prevent this happening) -- I sent a letter
through the registered post to Gerry Madden on June 17th last
(i.e.
June 17th 2009). Unfortunately, I have not
to date received any reply from him.
A copy of the text
of the letter in question, together with a copy of the
associated Post Office registered letter receipt, can be
viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/GerardMadden/17June2009/Email.htmIt
is also the case that I have not so far received any
confirmation from the
Northern Ireland Housing
Executive that it is now in possession of the belongings
of mine I felt forced to leave behind me in the Greencastle
residence: some hours after
machine-gun-carrying
members of the
PSNI (Police Service of Northern
Ireland) suddenly turned up at my home (of the time) on
Sunday, August 31st 2008. Consequently, it would be
much appreciated if you could clarify the situation for me
please regarding the present location of my
belongings.
Assuming that the
Northern Ireland
Housing Executive is now in possession of my belongings,
it would also be much appreciated if you could also please let
me know what my options are for having them returned to
me?
As I stated in the above mentioned letter to Gerry
Madden (of June 17th 2009) I am
particularly
interested in having the original
Post Office receipts
for the several letters I sent through the registered post
during the period between
December 2004 and
September 2008 which I spent living in
Northern
Ireland (
in forced-exile
please note); and, which was solely for the purpose of
ensuring that the authorities in the Republic
of Ireland could not
maliciously criminalise me (by grossly corrupt means) in
connection with, among other things, my efforts to lawfully
challenge Republic of Ireland legislation
which I felt I had very good reason to believe was
unconstitutional (and consequently invalid and
unlawful).Some samples of the
Post
Office registered letter receipts which I would
now
very much like to have
returned to me please can be viewed at the
Internet location
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PrimeMinisterAhern/25April2008/Email.htm#Slush_Fund
; and, as I trust you will understand when I point this out to
you, the original copies of these particular registered letter
receipts have recently increased in importance for me: now
that the
Republic of Ireland Government has decided to
hold
another referendum in connection with the
Lisbon Treaty -- a decision which I suspect may also be
unconstitutional: for reasons very similar to those
stated at
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/IndyMediaIreland/17July2009/Post.htm#comment256152
).
Assuming the
NIHE (Northern Ireland Housing
Executive) actually have them, I look forward to hearing from
you regarding the query I have raised in
paragraph 4
above in connection with my wish to regain possession of the
belongings of mine in question.
Yours
sincerely,
William
Finnerty.
