Dear Dr Jeffers,
On receipt of a "pension appeal refusal" letter dated
April 25th 2012 from Bridget Cass (Clerical Officer)
at the Social Welfare Appeals Office (D'Olier House,
D'Olier Street, Dublin 2) I immediately asked my half-sister
Margie (Dolan) and my brother Gerald (Finnerty) if
they would go to see you on my behalf, which they both very
kindly agreed to do; and, that in connection with my request, I
understand Margie discussed my present "old age pension
situation" with Declan Harney (Psychiatric Nurse) on
April 26th 2012.
Margie has since informed me that, with help from Catharina
Furlong (Psychiatric Nurse), a meeting between the three of
you (i.e. yourself, Margie, and Gerald) has now been arranged
for June 6th 2012.

Please note that, allowing for the text content of my pensions
appeal letter dated November 2nd 2011, I regard the
decision by the Social Welfare Appeals Office (related in
their April 25th 2012 letter to me from Ms Cass) to disallow my
pension to be both criminally irresponsible, and criminally
abusive.
Allowing for the fact that mention of a string of violations of
our Constitution -- Bunreacht na hEireann, the
Supreme Law of the Republic of Ireland, by our Government
(Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) during recent decades --
features strongly in my pension appeal letter dated November
2nd 2011, and the fact that our President is the
principal guardian of our Constitution, I took the
precaution of sending a copy of the pension appeal letter to
President Michael D. Higgins through the registered post
(also on November 2nd 2011).

The main problems for me at the present time are as follows:
1) Despite my best efforts, I still have not managed to
find any professional legal representation of the kind which is
willing to use the law to protect me from the forms of
government wrongdoing Dr Michael McCavert GP referred to
in his "To Whom It May Concern" letter dated October
28th 2005; and, consequently I still have no means of
challenging the perpetrators of the criminal abuses in question
through the use of professional lawyers: abuses which, among
other things, involve unconstitutional activities
(including unconstitutional legislation) which have, as
you already know, resulted in the C-PTSD (Complex-Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder) injuries that you and Niamh
Gralton (Psychologist) have attempted to treat me for:
treatment which I eventually felt I needed to quit because you
and Niamh Gralton were both unable to help me to secure the
professional legal help I need for the purpose of receiving the
reparations necessary for my recovery from the C-PTSD
injuries in question.

Please note that my efforts to challenge government wrongdoing
date back to the Summer of 1998 (when I first learned of
plans by Galway County Council -- via front page
headlines of the Connaught Tribune Newspaper -- to
locate what local people in New Inn Village at the time labelled
as "A Superdump for the whole of Connaught", within a
section of the large system of linear defence fortifications
closely surrounding the world famous Turoe Stone. As far
as I know, the Turoe Stone, circa 150 BC, is by far the
most important piece of ancient Celtic stone-art in the world.
Further information on the ancient linear defence fortifications
in question, and the Turoe Stone itself, can be found in the
extensively researched book titled "Hand of History - Burden

As you may already know, and as I believe I may have mentioned
to you during one or other of our several meetings, one of the
reasons the Turoe Stone
is so important (from the
viewpoint of cultural and
genetic heritage) is
that it is believed to closely resemble -- in
shape, and
in function (possibly?) -- the
Delphic Omphalos Stone:
which was once located
on the southern slopes of
Mount Parnassus,
and which is believed to
have marked the centre of the ancient Greek culture and
heritage sites.
In other words, the Turoe Stone
provides evidence of strong links between the ancient Greek and
the ancient Celtic cultures; and, if the information at

is combined with this, there is reason to believe that an
advanced form of Celtic culture probably pre-dated that of
ancient Greece. For the reasons outlined at

associated genetics) in question, is likely to have been
in the area now known as the
Ukraine (in Russia): where the Cimmerian and

December 29th 2000 -- which for all practical purposes
relating to local ancient heritage site protection in the
New Inn and nearby Turoe areas, appear to have
been almost completely ignored -- to (among others)
former President Mary McAleese, former Prime Minister

2) I have no income other than the
loans (against my now semi-derelict home) of 500 Euros per
month which Gerald provides me with. As you may already
know, and as a result of discussions Margie had with Declan
Harney (Psychiatric Nurse) on or around November 17th
2011, Margie decided to stop providing me with 500 Euros per
month loans she had been paying into my bank account up to that
time. (As a result of the monthly loans in question, I now owe
Margie 20,000 Euros, and Gerald 23,000 Euros.)

3) In circumstances whereby it continues to appear entirely
clear to me that people on the government payroll can
commit serious crime against me with impunity, I still
feel completely unsafe about presenting myself for the
"prostate cancer screening test" surgical procedure I should
have had on March 26th 2008: in circumstances which are
being worsened by the fact that I have received no reply of any
kind whatsoever to the set of three registered letters sent by
me to UK Prime Minister David Cameron MP, former
Republic of Ireland Prime Minister Brian Cowan, and
Dr John Kilrane GP on October 16th 2010. The text of

Please note also that, to date, I have never received any reply
from Hospital Consultant Mr C.K. Mulholland (Dedicated
Elective Surgical Unit, Altnagelvin Area Hospital,
Londonderry BT47 6SB) to the letter I sent to him through the
"recorded delivery" post on March 3rd 2008. A copy of the

4) I have tried (during the past few years) to keep you
regularly informed regarding my situation, particularly in
connection with the government impunity problem:
which is where I feel I am absolutely STUCK (through no
fault of my own) for the past 14 years or so. A list

All of my lengthy research into the matter of the C-PTSD
injuries I have received at the hands of "public officials
and bodies" during the past 14 years or so, and which
are of course ongoing, very strongly suggests that unless
I receive reparations of the kind suggested in the
United Nations human rights text-information at the Internet
address immediately below, there is no possibility whatsoever of
I EVER recovering from the "government
bullying" type of C-PTSD injuries I now suffer from:

The main symptoms of the C-PTSD injuries I now suffer
from include: a) explosive anger, b)
hypervigilance, c) a total inability
to trust anybody on the
government payroll, and d) endlessly recurring bouts
of chronic fatigue and suicidal depression.
In connection with the reparations aspect of my present
situation, please note that I never received any reply of any
kind -- not even an acknowledgement of receipt -- from the
registered letter I sent to Niamh Gralton (Psychologist)

5) Concerns of a general (but very deep and serious)
nature for humanity as a whole (including myself of
course), and which involve fears relating to the threat of a
thermonuclear World War 3 starting up at any moment now,
which are directly related to BLATANT violations of the
Constitution of the United States of America, by the
present Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial)
of the United States of America: for the sole purpose, it
appears to me, of meeting the wishes and demands of the leading
members of the Global Banking Cartel. More on this
