Bunreacht
na hEireann and The Tripartite Separation of Powers
Doctrine

There is another major
problem for
Judge Mary Devins and her colleagues in our
Judiciary regarding the manner in which they are dealing with
this extremely important matter of
our gas and oil reserves,
and it relates to the very
deep-rooted LEGAL obligation that
ALL members of our Judiciary have to abide by the
"Tri-Partite Separation of Powers Doctrine": which is
very much an integral part of
Bunreacht na
hEireann.
During the past decade (or two
perhaps?), and for reasons best known to themselves, our
Judiciary have -- in unseen ways which very few seem to be
aware of at the present time -- gently and almost
imperceptibly COMPLETELY abandoned this core feature of our
Constitution: and, in effect, they have virtually abandoned
Bunreacht na hEireann as well by such means.
By
so doing, our Judiciary now have MUCH to answer for (in terms
of
extremely serious wrongdoing) to the citizens of the
Republic of Ireland.
For those who might
not know, "Bunreacht na hEireann" translates to
"The Basic
Law of the Republic of Ireland".
However, and
as has already been pointed out on this thread, by feigning
ignorance and stupidity in superbly cunning and misleading
ways, our most senior legal "asses" will no doubt hope to get
away with their
treasonous behaviour without penalty of
any kind (to themselves): but which the vast majority of the
remaining citizens of the Republic of Ireland may yet end up
paying for "through the nose", in terms of lost benefits from
our oil and gas reserves.

Banbha (Celtic Goddess of
Sovereignty): "Female deities
who represented the
sovereignty of the land were often
referred to as the
Goddess. At the time the
Milesians arrived in Ireland (
possibly around
1000 BC), the triple Goddess of the land was
represented by three great divine queens, known as Eriu,
Banbha and Fodhla."
"These queens
have all given their names to Ireland at one time or another,
as promised to them by
Amergin, one of the sons of
Mil."
"From
Eriu we have
taken the modern name for
Ireland,
Eire."
"In the
Celtic
tradition, the king was wedded to the land, and the fate of
one was the fate of both."
